This app is super easy to set up and use, but more importantly, they have great customer support - because I'm not so handy with technical stuff. I'm not good at frustration either, and they make it really easy and are really NICE. Thanks to the GREAT Customer Support Team!

This app is user friendly and integrates well into my Shopify store. But most importantly, the app maker understands the busy lives of entrepreneurs and offers EXCELLENT customer service in support small businesses like mine. I would highly recommend.

Seems like the best loyalty app I've used. Great app with a ton of useful functionality - loyalty, gift cards, rewards, store credit and more. Loaded quick. launched in a few minutes. Support is great and they fixed a problem for me quickly. I am happy with them.

I have installed this app to offer e gift cards on my online store. I contacted the customer support with a couple of things I wanted a certain way and Mark helped me fix them promptly. It looks and works great.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐AMAZING app! We've been looking for something like this for ages! I wish we'd find out about it 2 years ago really, this app is hands-down the best gift card app out there. They just made the whole gift card thing so easy to use and intuitive. It looks just like Shopify dashboard and they keep releasing new features all the time. The support team answered all of our questions almost instantly and our customers LOVE gift cards haha. Pricing is a joke for the added value we get out of it. I really have nothing bad to say about this app. Keep up the great work - highly recommended!

The crew at GiftWizard are very dedicated and offer outrageously good service! A few days back in order to get things running for us they fixed a software glitch, which was in our code not the app, they did that with good cheer, on the weekend...at about 11pm their time, say's everything really:)

This app has been great for store credit and gift cards :) I issue store credit for exchanges and it works perfectly.

I have not worked with a better Shopify app developer than Ari & his team at Giftwizard. Ari is brilliant. Their tech support is AWESOME. I have 20 years of experience owning software companies. I have co-created two very successful reservation software programs for hotels and resorts. I sold my companies and no longer have access to my own programming team. With my experience, I know a good product when I see it. GiftWizard is constantly upgrading, and adding new features. Best GC card in the biz. Highly recommend them.

The app is easy to use. It's nice to send quick store credits to customers. Customer service is even better than the app. I thought I had an issue (later found out it was something I had done in my settings) so I emailed customer service. They quickly discovered what my issue was and how I did it and walked me through fixing it. Which was just as simple as a click. I definitely recommend this app to any shop!

We love this app! We use GiftWIzard to set up our gift card and rewards program. Great app and helps boost engagement. While I haven't needed too much from them, their support has been amazing. I highly recommend this app big time.
