I have not launch my store yet, but so far I am loving this app! It lets me customize the E-greeting card the way I want to, but most importantly; a great customer service / help! Since there is not many gift card customization app, this is definitely a MUST-HAVE!!! - I cannot wait to write more review about my experience with GiftWizard® once my store is up and running! - Stay tuned!

What a fantastically useful app! We love this program! It's very powerful and effective in actually getting people to come back to the store/purchase, by sending them store credit or gift cards. We also use this app for sending rewards. We've tried other gift card programs, and of course, shopify gift cards, but are definitely happiest with giftwizard. Amazing support too. Worth every penny.

Lots of potential here for increasing conversions and is a great fix for Shopify's terribly limited gift card product. Great tech support & lots of good information in their help documents. All of my testing of the product has gone flawlessly. Good flexible payment options.

Ari and the team have been brilliant at helping me get this set up as I needed some customisation for the app to work with product that I sell. So far it is working well, really easy to use their app and looks great on the website.

I feel like this app was designed with my gift shop in mind. The setup process is intuitive and the customer service is top notch (thank you Ari!). The features (e-gifting + gift cards + greeting cards) are customizable. Amongst all the apps I have, it’s one of the most important ones. The monthly fee (30$) is so worth it! I’m loving all of it. UPDATE: I've been using this app for a while now and it' even more amazing than I first thought. In addition to offering e-gift cards, I've been able to create physical gift cards! It's really awesome to be able to offer customers a gift card in person! The Gift Wizard team continues to be awesome as well! Thanks Roy and Ari!

Absolutely love this app, especially now since they revised the price package and “check gift card balance” falls under the 1st plan. Ari was very helping and help me personalize the app for my needs. My new site is going live in 2 weeks, so I’ll update here how the business goes with this app. Thank you Ari!

Great app! I'm loving the service as well as the technology. Super simple, easy to set up, and with great plans to choose from. We are going to use it to send our customers store credit for returns and to enable customers to send the gift cards to their friends Also - Customer service is super helpful and very fast, which is great!

Just installed the app and found Ari really helpful. The interface is very user friendly and the Youtube tutorial is easy to follow. Still in the trial period but already sold a voucher so delighted! Great way to build your business with moving to the more expensive Shopify Plan. Lots to explore and discover. Thanks Ari.

Still exploring everything the app can do for us, but so far so good! Fair and transparent pricing model - Giftwizard takes 9.99/m (Starter + Annual Plan) and I don't need to upgrade my Shopify basic plan. Easy installation and it looks very easy to set up. I'm new at Shopify and it's a great way for me to get my business exposed using their gift card program. I look forward to seeing what it does to attract customers to my site!! Support has been very active with us. A big thanks to Ari and Mark for their quick responses.

It is Sunday evening where cust service (Ari) is located, but yet he got back to me and fixed my main issues (theme related) immediately and is currently working on my minor aesthetic issues now. I am totally impressed! I researched the other gift card options available through Shopify and they do not compare. Buy with confidence! :)

If you're looking for the best Shopify gift card app - search no more. This is the best gift card service on the Shopify platform. I moved from Magento a few days ago, and giftwizard's gift card features are much better than the gift cards that Shopify offers. Seem to be a really good app to grow the business.Thank you!

We are a small and relatively young company (just launched earlier July). We are run by two people and we sell dog accessories to help dogs in need. Gift Wizard has been a great asset to us as a small company in a somewhat specific market. We have a lot of friends and family who aren't dog owners, but want to support helping dogs, and through Gift Wizard, they were able to help support our cause by purchasing gifts for friends who own dogs. Gift Wizard also has great customer service and have been great in being flexible and working with us on getting our business up and running - and setting us up for success. We really appreciate them as small business owners.
