We love the interface and all the options! Very useful and easy to use. The more we dug into the app the more impressed we were. 100% worth installing.

Solid 5-stars for this app. Sometimes, the best way to test how well an app will support your business is to break it and see how the developer responds. I found a small issue with a broken image on the gift fulfillment page. Reached out to the developer with a screenshot. Very responsive and thankful for identifying the issue. They corrected it promptly. Lots of value in this app if you want a gift card solution on any Shopify plan.

This is a great product for both new stores and successful stores. Great and easy to use app! Had it up and operating in just a few minutes. I had an issue with setting up the gift card campaigns. They emailed me back right away and resolved the issue within a few hours. I haven't started out yet and I really believe this will help us bring new customers.

Absolutely essential for stores that want a strong gift card program. We're still in the process of migrating to Shopify and weren't satisfied with the basic gift card system. I'm very impressed with this service - great management dashboard and upgraded gift card capabilities.

Ari was super helpful in getting us setup with GiftWizard. This app does even more than Shopify's built-in gift card solution, and at a fraction of the price!

I have literally just downloaded it and am still setting it up for the free 7 day trial but I wanted to check that it would issue gift cards in £ instead of $ (as I couldn't see an option to change the currency), so I sent a message to Ari and he responded within seconds! He confirmed that yes, it would automatically send in the currency set up in my Shopify site. So it's good to know help is so readily available for people like me who don't really know what they're doing!

Gift Wizard has been a great partner for us in gifting through our site because our products require sizing selected by the recipient. They worked with us to translate the app and all emails to work fluidly with our customers and drive a differentiated experience on our site! Great and fast customer service! Definitely recommend!!

This app provides everything we needed, without the need to upgrade our Shopify plan! Better and cheaper than the out-of-the-box Shopify giftcard feature. After initial setup we had a few questions and received truly great support. Ari even called me to assist us in customizing the app to our needs and made changes into our Shopify code to fulfill our needs. One small suggestion for improvement in a future release: it would be nice, if the "powered by gift wizard" could be removed so customers don't see it in our store. I can recommend this app to everyone with "gift" needs in Shopify. A great app with a great support team!

My name is Justin and I'm a theme developer. I've spent a lot of time on researching for the right gift card solution. I think GiftWizard is by far the best one on the app store. I should probably start with the fact that the user interface of the dashboard is not good enough and they need to improve this part (Mark from their team said it is going to happen soon). Having said that, it's not just REALLY good for sales, but also for marketing - their tools allow you to send gift cards to customers and help you to bring them back to the store. It helped my clients to ramp up their gift card program.
