Great customer Service. DAY ONE... I was Little reserved with the limited features and the plans as i wasnt sure how this feature will be used. but they offered me all the features on Pro for longer than 7 days to a month to see how things go... then pay for the suitable plan. This way i can use all the features to GROW and MAKE MORE SALES rather than make NO SALES from lack of features. They Asked what kind of features i was looking for and what improvements can be made, This shows that they care for me to grow and knowing my needs helps them develop their app further. Stand Out Feature Compared to Competitors... 1.The app Installs Automatically with the buttons in the right places and matching your theme, so you dont need to manually install the snippets. 2. Thay care and listen to your needs and are still developing the app from your suggestions and ideas if not too impossible.. Overall i'm loving the features that lets my customers send the products to their friends as gifts with a E-Gift card by email or SMS. More Updates to come...

I love this app, I had some initial problems with it freezing on mobile but the developers were quick to resolve the issues as soon as I alerted them.

We just loaded this app and with a little help from their team (Ari) we were up and running in a flash. I love that the app is simple yet has customization options you need to keep your brand consistent. And more so, I appreciate the excellent customer service, quick response and friendliness. Can't wait to share this app with other friends who run online stores too.

Ari and the GiftWizard team go above and beyond to ensure your success with this app. The way I justify the price is if I were to get Shopify's giftcard feature it would cost $50 more a month when this is only $13... The ability to show customers that they can give gifts right from the products is more enticing than simply a gift card because it shows that thought went into the gift but the recipient still has the option to exchange it. The best part is that you don't have to worry about a gift being sent to a customer that is going to be later returned because the end recipient will review the purchase and exchange it before it's shipped! We love working with Ari at GiftWizard! Initially we ran into quite a few bugs, but Ari was always quick to respond to our needs. But now that the kinks are worked out, GiftWizard works like a breeze. Once we customized the settings to reflect our brand, all we had to do is watch the app work for us. The process is automated from beginning to end, sending emails at every step of the way keeping us and the customer up to date on the gifting progress. There are no worries about losing track of the order at all. GiftWizard is simple to use whether you are the customer or the merchant. The customer service is amazing too; fast and on point. Installed this app way back on one of my stores. I'm so glad they reached out and told me about their new Gift Card feature! Finally, a way for my clients to send out gift cards directly to recipients! Can't believe it hasn't been done before! Way to answer a real need guys. And adding app sell options to the Gift Card email is an amazing new touch I'M LOVING IT!
