We have been using this app for over 3 years now on our main shopify store. It is a great app and works extremely well. Recently we integrated the app into our Shopify POS and had a couple of technical hurdles. John was able to assist and gave precise instructions how to make the necessary changes. We've only used this for Gift Cards, but it works well, and the support team is super quick to reply and help out when something needs troubleshooting. I would recommend on customer support alone.
