Giftship: Gift, Bundle & Ship

I had a big issue with how Paypal info was being incorrectly rewritten back to our customers order. Shopify said it was not on them and PayPal said the same. By using GiftShip all the information now is transferred correctly. Plus, our gift is typically being sent to a different address and it's nice for the customer to be able to fill out the enclosure note. Lastly, the GiftShip team responds quickly and helps me accomplish what needed to be done.

We used this app for Holiday season gift shipping and it was fantastic! I'm quite sure it helped us increase sales because it was so easy for customers to ship to multiple locations and send gift cards.

The number-one best feature of this app is that the developers are extremely responsive to questions. Every time I've written to them to ask about product features or troubleshoot, they've replied the same day – usually within an hour. I use this app to enable shipping to multiple addresses within a single order and to allow customers to pick a delayed ship date. The app works as expected and did not take long to set up.

We love this app! Using GiftShip allows us to have future ship dates for our craft popcorn business. We can also allow our customers like businesses order and ship to multiple addresses. Works great for client gifts! The support staff is very friendly and responsive. Helped answer my questions quickly and were incredibly helpful! Get this app if you need to ship to multiple addresses, have future ship dates, or both!

Once we switched from discount codes to automatic discounts, the app works perfectly. Our business relies heavily on gift orders with most being shipped to multiple addresses. Giftship makes it easy for our customers to place orders online saving us time. Occasionally, we hear from customers who find the app a bit confusing, but the vast majority have no problems. We’ve used Giftship for many years now and consider it an asset.

Once again, these guys came through to help us out of a sticky situation. Been using the app since Oct. and have not had any problems. Highly recommended.

Giftship works! And it fills a need that Shopify has never addressed - how to ship gifts to multiple people without creating new orders for each person on the gift list. It also provides for gift messages and future ship dates. We have had no issues on the technical side. Technical support at Pix has been excellent though sometimes a little slow.

Giftship is perfect creating gift messages on several line items during checkout and apply a different shipping address for each item. This is very useful in our gifting industry! Highly recommended!

This app was the perfect solution for me because many of my customers order our cookies as gifts for their new mom friends, daughters, etc. I wanted to make it easy for my customers to not only indicate that they were shipping the cookies as a gift, but also enter multiple addresses. This app offers both! Plus, when I had questions or needed customization made, their customer service team was on top of it right away. Thank you Tim for the great customer service. This app has allowed our customers to ship to multiple locations within 1 order. There were some glitches along the way but the customer service has been stellar! They always get back to me very quickly with a fix. I would highly recommend this app!

We use the app to allow for gift wrapping and gift messages. It is a solid app, and while not perfect, the Pix Apps support team is really great!
