This app was the perfect solution for me because many of my customers order our cookies as gifts for their new mom friends, daughters, etc. I wanted to make it easy for my customers to not only indicate that they were shipping the cookies as a gift, but also enter multiple addresses. This app offers both! Plus, when I had questions or needed customization made, their customer service team was on top of it right away. Thank you Tim for the great customer service. I'm excited about offering this feature to my customers!

This app has allowed our customers to ship to multiple locations within 1 order. There were some glitches along the way but the customer service has been stellar! They always get back to me very quickly with a fix. I would highly recommend this app!

We use the app to allow for gift wrapping and gift messages. It is a solid app, and while not perfect, the Pix Apps support team is really great!

Excellent app that suits our store needs perfectly. We offer to split shipping of products to multiple addresses mainly for our corporate and Giftship manages this effortlessly. Clients can easily add a gift message as well for each split delivery so it's ideal. Easy setup and the team behind this were extremely helpful when we ran into some minor issues with another app interfering. Thanks Pix Apps!

Excellent Product! Does exactly what we needed. Customer service is excellent and very quick. We had a particular situation that, nothing to do with their app, but they helped us out with a reinstall of the app! Highly recommend this App.

This is a great app for a gift business. We use the date picker in addition to the main feature of shipping gifts to multiple addresses. Support has been timely and addressed issues quickly for the few items we have encountered.

Tim was excellent to work with, and quick to respond to every inquiry I had during the process of testing the platform and determining how it would integrate with our current shopping site. He was happy to make customized edits to suit our needs, which made me feel confident that our customers will know the best way to use the multiple shipments option for quick and easy ordering. We are trying to build our corporate gifts business, and giftship should definitely help. I highly recommend Tim and the app.

This app is fantastic. It delivers on ALL it says it will do. More importantly, their customer service is the BEST customer service I have ever encountered with a shopify app (and we use a lot of apps). I really can't recommend them enough =)

Functionality 4.5 stars. For a shipper of gifts, this app will make ordering multiple gifts destined for different people so much simpler for my customers. For that, I am super grateful and happy. Service 5 stars. Thus far, my interactions with and the proaction of the customer success team members has been super. This is really important for me -- business owner, chief baker and director of IT (among many other things!). Intuitiveness and required technical knowledge 3.5 stars. Opportunity is with training and support materials, in particular. Not everything is logical and there is limited help text while in settings. Images and descriptions of what things are, where they are found in the workflow and what impact selecting x vs y will have would be worthwhile additions to training materials. Overall -- I am very happy I decided to get Giftship and expect that my customers will be very happy, as well!

So far integration with our Shopify store has been fairly seamless. There was some support needed for the initial setup but customer service was quick and easy. The shipping to multiple address feature works great.
Hi there! I just wanted to follow up on this, since we have since added documentation for how to hide prices on the packing slip, using Shopify's "order printer" app. As a bit of a background, apps cannot actually modify the packing slip template automatically, and furthermore, the packing slip template cannot conditionally hide or show a products price based on a "note attribute" flagging the order as a gift, since these properties are note available in the packing slip template. Order printer, however does have access to the note attribute variables, so can be used to conditionally hide the pricing based on the values selected in Giftship. Great app! lots of different features available for this industry. Looking forward to the update on delivery date section to block out public holidays. Customer service was spot on and always responded within reasonable timeframe.

This is our second Holiday season with Shopify. Last season we needed a multiship feature. Heading into this Holiday season and hearing about this app, we couldn't get it installed fast enough. Giftship is a MUST HAVE for any Shopify store. Furthermore, we could not have had it ready in time if it wasn't for the tremendous customer support from the PIX team. By far one of the best customer support teams I have ever worked with...THANKS YOU GUYS!

Look no further for a gift app. Ive been looking for one to do exactly what this one does and its all in one nice package. What i like the most is now you can have people chose items in the cart to gift not just a single item like most. It also figures out the shipping according to the items selected and if you have a rule like free shipping over 50 it works the same. Also thought i had a problem with the app and turns out it was user error but their staff was a huge help getting "ME" fixed. lol. Davessweettooth.com and their customers say THANKS a million!!
