Excellent app that suits our store needs perfectly. We offer to split shipping of products to multiple addresses mainly for our corporate and Giftship manages this effortlessly. Clients can easily add a gift message as well for each split delivery so it's ideal. Easy setup and the team behind this were extremely helpful when we ran into some minor issues with another app interfering. Thanks Pix Apps!

This is a great app for a gift business. We use the date picker in addition to the main feature of shipping gifts to multiple addresses. Support has been timely and addressed issues quickly for the few items we have encountered.

Tim was excellent to work with, and quick to respond to every inquiry I had during the process of testing the platform and determining how it would integrate with our current shopping site. He was happy to make customized edits to suit our needs, which made me feel confident that our customers will know the best way to use the multiple shipments option for quick and easy ordering. We are trying to build our corporate gifts business, and giftship should definitely help. I highly recommend Tim and the app.

This app is fantastic. It delivers on ALL it says it will do. More importantly, their customer service is the BEST customer service I have ever encountered with a shopify app (and we use a lot of apps). I really can't recommend them enough =)

Functionality 4.5 stars. For a shipper of gifts, this app will make ordering multiple gifts destined for different people so much simpler for my customers. For that, I am super grateful and happy. Service 5 stars. Thus far, my interactions with and the proaction of the customer success team members has been super. This is really important for me -- business owner, chief baker and director of IT (among many other things!). Intuitiveness and required technical knowledge 3.5 stars. Opportunity is with training and support materials, in particular. Not everything is logical and there is limited help text while in settings. Images and descriptions of what things are, where they are found in the workflow and what impact selecting x vs y will have would be worthwhile additions to training materials. Overall -- I am very happy I decided to get Giftship and expect that my customers will be very happy, as well!

So far integration with our Shopify store has been fairly seamless. There was some support needed for the initial setup but customer service was quick and easy. The shipping to multiple address feature works great.

This is our second Holiday season with Shopify. Last season we needed a multiship feature. Heading into this Holiday season and hearing about this app, we couldn't get it installed fast enough. Giftship is a MUST HAVE for any Shopify store. Furthermore, we could not have had it ready in time if it wasn't for the tremendous customer support from the PIX team. Look no further for a gift app. Ive been looking for one to do exactly what this one does and its all in one nice package. What i like the most is now you can have people chose items in the cart to gift not just a single item like most. It also figures out the shipping according to the items selected and if you have a rule like free shipping over 50 it works the same. Also thought i had a problem with the app and turns out it was user error but their staff was a huge help getting "ME" fixed. lol. Davessweettooth.com and their customers say THANKS a million!!

I used to have their app Multiship and it was so good. I switched to Giftship for some additional options it offers beyond shipping to multiple addresses. This app is amazing, so many things in one. Not only is the app great but the support is top notch. They only communicate via email but they get back to you very quickly and theyre friendly and knowledgable. I cant say enough good things about them or their apps, they thought of everything.

Wow! This is the greatest blessing bestowed on any Shopify store dealing with multiple gift orders. This Crackerjack team has been working overdrive for months to deliver brilliantly coded app that makes it a breeze for our clients to send multiple gifts on single checkout in our store. From the shopper's perspective its simple and intuitive. Each shipment can have different products, different gift cards different shipping options. Previously used addresses can be pulled and auto-filled. New addresses practically write themselves with Google Autocomplete. Every business is different so the developers included a ton of options to configure it exactly how we need to maximize sales conversion. Our store is 100% gift service. This was a badly needed app for Shopify and we are grateful that it arrived just ahead of our holiday rush. The support we received in setting this up was superb. We just installed this app, and were very impressed that the developer did all the heavy lifting...by correctly and immediately updating our theme. We are a brick and mortar with over 20 years experience, so we've gone through the ups and downs of e-commerce and apps. We've had terrible experiences, and then impressive experiences, such as with Pix and GiftShip. They are responsive, savvy and have created a great product that they support. They also made a few suggestions on how to optimize the app for our particular theme and shop. Thanks and we look forward to more apps from Pix.

Great app that solves some big issues with Shopify store: Multi-Address shipping and gift options. Support replies quickly. Easy integration into theme/they do it for you. Might need to update your theme CSS but they're super helpful and point you in the right direction. Definitely give it a shot.
