Giftship: Gift, Bundle & Ship

Although the features within this app were everything I needed and more, the lack of customer support renders this app useless. After coding my website with the given instructions to create bundles, the subtotal would not update on the cart page. After contacting support, they requested collaborator access and I thought they would be able to quickly assist with the subtotal display. After a week, I contacted support again and was told to follow the same instructions or pay $100 to have them assist with the coding. The developer/collaborator didn't look at the code to see what the issue was - they just responded with the generic article. Considering the app costs $59/month, and the coding needed to display the subtotal was outside the scope outlined in their article, I thought the provider would assist in the issue but they have not. I hate to leave a bad review and unsubscribe from the service but the functions don't display as needed.

We have been using Giftship since the inception of our business that is growing and thriving on shopify. Not only has the app worked well with our website to customize it to our needs, but The Giftship Team has been great at helping us learn and navigate through a couple obstacles. They are very quick to respond, work on our website when needed very quickly, and communicate well the issues.

GiftShip and the entire Gist team have always been incredibly fast, responsive and thorough. Teh Milti-address shipping capability is wonderful and the support (on the rare occasion I've had to use it) was terrific.

I've been waiting for this app for two years, and I'm so happy to finally have it on my site. I used to be on woocommerce. When I switched to Shopify this was the first thing I purchased. 1. The app is super easy to install. 2. The IT Support is extremely helpful. Thank you to Tim and Stella. You guys are amazing! 3. Their app is customizable so you can tweak it to match your brand. 4. The app is awesome. Do you know how annoying it is to buy gifts for friends online? You have to make multiple purchases. This app solves that, and your website looks amazing. Highly recommend this!

We have been using Gift Ship for over a year and they have recently added some custom work to our website using the Gift Ship APP. Their development team did an outstanding job - we were live in a few days

I use this app for the Delivery date picker and for Product Options (product add-ons / upsells) on product pages. I was after a customised solution that required some CSS and javascript changes. Having run into problems because I suck at coding, I received help from their support team. One of their support guys named Tim was very helpful with implementing a solution quickly. Thank you, and this app really is a great all-in-one gift app!

Really good app and service. They help you out when you need something, take feedback and they are trying to build a clean app.They also reply to emails quickly (within 24 hours). I use their gifting options, box builder and product options. It's great to have ONE app to do many things rather than having a bunch of conflicting apps on our site.

Giftship recently made some updates that have been so helpful for my shop! I needed some extra support getting one feature installed and Tim was a HUGE help getting me set up. I've used their app for years now and am so pleased with the product and team.

This app is wonderful! We operate a B2B gifting company and this application provided the perfect solution to some of the pain points our clients were regularly communicating to us. One of the pain points that this app solved was the multi-address ordering process. Our clients can now place multiple address orders all on one invoice which saves them time at the end of each month on expense reporting. The date picker is also a wonderful feature. Love the multiple address shipment option at checkout and the date picker. Datepicker a tad confusing so needed my developers to set it up, but their customer service is so fast and great than I have no doubt they could help walk you through it if you needed help. Highly recommend.

Whenever I have had an issue/question, the response time for Giftship App team has been great with complete resolution of my problem during the same encounter. GREAT SERVICE and support. I was unsure if the app could do what i wanted. I needed to collect delivery info, a gift card message and a delivery date and time. Support emails were replied to quickly and after comprehensive emails on "HOW TO SET UP GIFTSHIP" my lack of knowledge still prevented it from working. A quick Zoom meeting resolved everything quickly and easily. They couldn't have been more obliging to help me. I'm happy to be dealing with a professional company. We use the GiftShip app on our Cart, as well as their "big brother" Wholster app. Both are fantastic for split-shipping an order, and are well designed for user experience. GiftShip works well for "self-serve" customers to fulfill an order to ship to multiple addresses; Wholster is great for larger split-ship orders, or B2B customers who need invoicing options. The Support team is helpful, responsive, and quick to find solutions when there are small bugs or hiccups.

The app does the job. It's helping the grown of our business. Sometimes we just get some missing information, but after some deep analyzing with support, it's just a Shopify hiccup.
