The Gist team is very helpful and responsive, email chat was quick and effective. We got setup through the setup wizard and the minor visual tweaks were performed within the hour. Thanks Tim!

It stopped working out of a sudden while the app was charging our bills. so disappointing. The app is so nice and organized but paying for something that stopped working while billing the invoices is just so unacceptable.

Helpful for bulk printing orders and adding delivery dates, messages and special notes at checkout. Can't thank Tim from Support Team enough for help in setting up packing slips - the video of the process was fantastic, I learnt so much. Highly Recommend - great app and team behind it!

Great app! I love that Giftship has so many features combined into one app and they work well together. Plus the customer service is outstanding! Tim was a lifesaver helping us make sure it integrated well with our other installed apps. Highly recommend!

This is an essential app for customer-focused businesses and backed by outstanding customer support. It was easy to set up - very straightforward and clear. We asked for some extra support and the attention to detail was terrific. It's made a huge difference to the website and is one of our most important apps.

We added this app for gift message and ship to multiple addresses features. Both were easy to implement. And for a few specific issues we were having with our theme, Tim from their team was incredibly quick and thorough with his support, going above what I asked. Highly recommend.

I was looking for an app so I could offer shipping to multiple addresses. This does exactly what I needed! I had a minor issue after installation and support was great and they took care of it right away.

We bought this app for the Multi-address ship function. It took a little bit of work to get it set up as we envisaged. Any query we had was answered incredibly well and quickly. The support is some the best I have encountered from an App developer. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending this app.

Switched from Multiship to Giftship to have an easier time collecting gift notes and proper multiple shipping at the same time. So GiftShip was exactly what we needed. During the transition between the two we had of issues with previous coding and I have to say that their support is TOP NOTCH! Had issues with our own code and Gist during the free trial period and Tim came in to help and through emails over the course of a few days was able to pinpoint the issues I was having and fix it right before the holiday kicked into gear. So grateful! I do wish some of the processes to customize were a bit easier to understand, but that very well could just be my current experience level with Shopify.

This app was a gamechanger for our business. We initially got it for the Multiship capabilities, but now we also use the Datepicker, Upsells and Gift Message Boxes. This app has solved many small nuisance problems for us, and a few big ones too. It's worth every penny and then some. Plus, customer service is EXCELLENT and very responsive.

It has all of the features we were looking for! I had some set up issues due to third party site template, but their customer support was very quick to respond and solved my problem.

At Hampers & Co, we are using Giftship to provide our Greeting message and Delivery date selection. Compared to other App’s that we tested, Giftship is the easiest to setup, operate and implement. The support service is highly recommended as well, and we are looking forward to working with the team further, developing and customising other features, to meet all our clients needs. Highly recommended App solution for online gift companies.
