This is a really good app, very complete because it allows you to do multishipping, add notecards and allow a customer chosen shipping date. Gist is very responsive, and the experience working with them has been really good.

We had new theme from shopify that was a bit glitchy but immediately got help from the founder who took so much time to walk me through and address everything. Customer service top notch! This app allows you to have gift messages and send to multiple addresses from one cart which is great during holiday season! This app is a home run.

Excellent app that has really helped us with Gift Message options and printing multiple gift cards easily. Have only used this function so far but will be looking at some of the other options in the future. Tim has also been particularly helpful when we had some queries. Highly reccommended :-)

The customer service is beyond amazing. These guys have a pretty quick response time and even put together videos and tutorials to help walk you through and troubleshoot your issue. So grateful they're there to help this less-than-tech-savvy lady get over the bumps.

Fantastic app and amazing support! This app is very 'all singing, all dancing' with a huge number of features - more of which have been added since we first started using the app many years ago. We use features including upsells, gift messaging, a delivery date picker, mandatory checkbox, additional info box and a drawer cart with 'spend £XX for free delivery'. There's a lot more that we plan to start using in the future too. What makes this app the best on Shopify store (in my opinion) is the support. The Gist team are honestly brilliant - always quick to respond and happy to help with any styling issues etc (meaning you don't need to have code and CSS knowledge in-house!). I would highly recommend this app to improve your website customer journey.

We had issues with conflicting apps being used in our order process via Shopify. Tim and Zac were fantastic at helping us resolve work together issues without having to sacrifice the quality of the checkout experience. So refreshing to have a support team with a "can do" attitude and NOT a "not our problem hire a developer" reflex.

This app has been invaluable during busy gift-giving holidays! I also really appreciate how well the features integrate into the site visually— no weirdly bulky add-on visuals or anything, just streamlined text with a checkbox. The dev team is always very responsive and helpful too. :)

Great comprehensive service additions at checkout. Our customers love being able to, in one order, check everyone off of their list for gift shipping. Works well on our backend for fulfilling these orders. Not to mention that we needed to restrict some parameters so this app would work well with our in-store pickup app we received quick help that efficiently solved our issue! Thanks Tim!

We used this app to streamline gifting options and integrate gift messages and multiple delivery addresses into our checkout process. It had great functionality out of the box, and the support team has been highly responsive in troubleshooting some issues in the shopping cart after we launched a new site theme, and is assisting us with a few custom tweaks to the code to ensure the app continues to meet our needs.
