I've been waiting for this app for two years, and I'm so happy to finally have it on my site. I used to be on woocommerce. When I switched to Shopify this was the first thing I purchased. 1. The app is super easy to install. 2. The IT Support is extremely helpful. Thank you to Tim and Stella. You guys are amazing! 3. Their app is customizable so you can tweak it to match your brand. 4. The app is awesome. Do you know how annoying it is to buy gifts for friends online? You have to make multiple purchases. This app solves that, and your website looks amazing. Highly recommend this!

We have been using Gift Ship for over a year and they have recently added some custom work to our website using the Gift Ship APP. Their development team did an outstanding job - we were live in a few days

What kind of customer service is this?? We DID PAY. Our business is not operating yet, we do not make a single penny, so every little amount spent weighs a lot. But we were still fine with paying 60 bucks for this app. We accidentally delete it on August 4th BEFORE we get charged (on August 5th), hence want to reinstall the app. Then we're asked to pay again since we do not have an active subscription. Our receipt First CS guy, understands the issue after 3 explanatory emails. Claims he would forward it to his development team to provide a solution. Never heard back from him or development team. So after 8 days, I ask again and second CS guy, (apparently the first one went on vacation..?) never seems to understand the issue and just tells us this was standard behavior and if we had credit, we'd get that. I have a receipt and a not-functioning app to prove the opposite but apparently they don't care. VERY disappointing. There had been an issue before, where we were told - by the same support staff - as long as we're on a pause-and-build plan, we wouldn't get charged for a subscription. That turned out to be wrong. We did get charged, but were able to get a refund. And now, that we were actually willing to pay, we can't use it..?!?
Hello, When Apps are installed on Shopify, a billing charge must be accepted in order for you to gain access to the App. This is standard behaviour across all Apps. As you haven't accepted the billing charge, you will not be able to use the app. We've mentioned this in a couple of emails, but please let me know if you would like to hop on a Zoom call, and we'd be more than happy to get everything sorted out for you. I use this app for the Delivery date picker and for Product Options (product add-ons / upsells) on product pages. I was after a customised solution that required some CSS and javascript changes. Having run into problems because I suck at coding, I received help from their support team. One of their support guys named Tim was very helpful with implementing a solution quickly. Thank you, and this app really is a great all-in-one gift app!

Really good app and service. They help you out when you need something, take feedback and they are trying to build a clean app.They also reply to emails quickly (within 24 hours). I use their gifting options, box builder and product options. It's great to have ONE app to do many things rather than having a bunch of conflicting apps on our site.

Giftship recently made some updates that have been so helpful for my shop! I needed some extra support getting one feature installed and Tim was a HUGE help getting me set up. I've used their app for years now and am so pleased with the product and team.

This app has been great and fits our needs perfectly. The company that owns this app also has been very helpful in answering my questions and has helped assist in various requests. I am really looking forward to the new look of the box builder that comes out next month.

Giftship is solid gold for us - full 5-stars! For me, a no-brainer. Initially we started out with a competing delivery date app. Honestly, we had a terrible experience - lots of issues (buggy) resulting in loss of time, money and energy. We transitioned to Giftship and it was smooth sailing from the very first moment. Giftship is a all-in-one gifting solution: gift messages module, gift wraps option, delivery date picker with smart logic to make all sort of customizations, auto tagging module, pop-up, and the list goes on. Yes, it's a bit more expensive but relatively speaking worth every penny. The Giftship team has been responsive and helped us transition. Thank you Gist and keep up the great work. I can't wait to expand to Gist's Wholster.

This app is wonderful! We operate a B2B gifting company and this application provided the perfect solution to some of the pain points our clients were regularly communicating to us. One of the pain points that this app solved was the multi-address ordering process. Our clients can now place multiple address orders all on one invoice which saves them time at the end of each month on expense reporting. The date picker is also a wonderful feature. Happy clients, happy life! Keep up the great work Gist!!

Love the multiple address shipment option at checkout and the date picker. Datepicker a tad confusing so needed my developers to set it up, but their customer service is so fast and great than I have no doubt they could help walk you through it if you needed help. Highly recommend.

We've been using Giftship for 18 months and the features are great. We've had a few issues with the gift message bundling, but after some problems getting it resolved initially, Zac was able to step in and deal with the issue really efficiently. Everything is now working well and we're benefitting from the whole suite of one-stop shop features, which is great and why we chose Giftship in the first place!

Love the app and all the features! Tim and Zac were really helpful with helping me get it set up and looking exactly how I wanted. Definitely recommend this app for the multiple address shipping and bundle builder!

This app was a complete solution for our site that allowed us to collect & tag vital information for our order process. It transitioned beautifully to our site and had fast support from Tim with Gist. This is the simplest and most user friendly app we have come across for custom products & gift sets and highly recommend it! Thanks again Tim!

GREAT SERVICE and support. I was unsure if the app could do what i wanted. I needed to collect delivery info, a gift card message and a delivery date and time. Support emails were replied to quickly and after comprehensive emails on "HOW TO SET UP GIFTSHIP" my lack of knowledge still prevented it from working. A quick Zoom meeting resolved everything quickly and easily. They couldn't have been more obliging to help me. I'm happy to be dealing with a professional company. We use the GiftShip app on our Cart, as well as their "big brother" Wholster app. Both are fantastic for split-shipping an order, and are well designed for user experience. GiftShip works well for "self-serve" customers to fulfill an order to ship to multiple addresses; Wholster is great for larger split-ship orders, or B2B customers who need invoicing options. The Support team is helpful, responsive, and quick to find solutions when there are small bugs or hiccups.
