Giftship is a great app for gift-related ecommerce. When things come up that aren't working correctly, they are quick to respond and resolve the problems. Overall, a very good app.

This is the perfect app if you ship gifts - I love that our customers can leave a gift note & choose their delivery date. They're also super responsive and helped me customize it so that it matches the style of my website!

Alright, let me break down my full experience with GiftShip. I first came across this app 1 year ago, and I implemented it on my website. I knew exactly what I wanted, but back then they did not have it all the capabilities, and I ended up leaving. We just recently came back to GiftShip, and the difference in capability, workflow, and a huge improvement in UX has been tremendous. Picking any paid service is like picking a partner in business, and we are very careful with that. We try to pick wisely. Now, congratulations to the team on the massive growth, and major improvements in the platform. And also for Tim, for being an awesome Merchant Support filled with wise coding knowledge and fast turnaround. The company is lucky to have you!

I wish every app developer was as responsive, prompt, and helpful as Giftship's team! Stella, Mateo, and Tim helped me work through several issues specific to making the app work for my needs. They even helped adjust the text alignment to match my product pages better, along with the padding around their app's added text on my product pages, creating a much more built-in, custom appearance. In regards to the functionality itself, it's flawless. I changed text fields and prompts within the "Manage Translations" portion of the back-end of the app to make it really work well with my store. And, I love that it splits the gifts into separate orders, which pull perfectly into ShipStation. While it may not be the least expensive app out there, it's worth every dollar!

Before we had 2 apps to run our giftbox option... With this app, we have all options! Thanks to Tim, support guy, that helped us a lot to put everything on place and to guide me through the app. Appreciate it. We have been using Giftship for our multi-address shipments, upsells, variant options and now the bundle builder and are very satisfied that an app is capable of doing so much to make our process smooth for our customers. Additionally, the support team is fantastic. Every time we have a question or hit an issue (we are not tech savvy here so that's us!) the support team is helpful, kind and helps with a sense of urgency. All in all very happy with this app and the backend support!

We used Multiship for over a year, and recently stepped over on Giftshop to use even more features. Whereas most features are very self-explanatory, the service team is always super fast and helpful whenever I can't get things figured out myself. Big thumbs up for an excellent service.

So far I've been really pleased with this app versus others I've tried. Load times are not too bad. I don't know how it deals with multi-currency yet. The standard layouts on the box bundler are pretty good and intuitive. And the bundler gives lots of options of how to assemble them, which is great. And being able to really control discounts on them is great. The gift messaging function works great. There's a couple of improvements could be made with the one-click add-ons, versus other products already out there, as it can be laborious making them. Support has been great so far. Had my first issue sorted within 2 hours.

Although the features within this app were everything I needed and more, the lack of customer support renders this app useless. After coding my website with the given instructions to create bundles, the subtotal would not update on the cart page. After contacting support, they requested collaborator access and I thought they would be able to quickly assist with the subtotal display. After a week, I contacted support again and was told to follow the same instructions or pay $100 to have them assist with the coding. The developer/collaborator didn't look at the code to see what the issue was - they just responded with the generic article. Considering the app costs $59/month, and the coding needed to display the subtotal was outside the scope outlined in their article, I thought the provider would assist in the issue but they have not. I hate to leave a bad review and unsubscribe from the service but the functions don't display as needed.

We have been using Giftship since the inception of our business that is growing and thriving on shopify. Not only has the app worked well with our website to customize it to our needs, but The Giftship Team has been great at helping us learn and navigate through a couple obstacles. They are very quick to respond, work on our website when needed very quickly, and communicate well the issues.

GiftShip and the entire Gist team have always been incredibly fast, responsive and thorough. Teh Milti-address shipping capability is wonderful and the support (on the rare occasion I've had to use it) was terrific.

Great customer support! We had an app conflict from changes we made to our theme and the team at Gist was on it to help fix things on the back end. They even took time to create a Loom vid to show us what was going on.

I've been waiting for this app for two years, and I'm so happy to finally have it on my site. I used to be on woocommerce. When I switched to Shopify this was the first thing I purchased. 1. The app is super easy to install. 2. The IT Support is extremely helpful. Thank you to Tim and Stella. You guys are amazing! 3. Their app is customizable so you can tweak it to match your brand. 4. The app is awesome. Do you know how annoying it is to buy gifts for friends online? You have to make multiple purchases. This app solves that, and your website looks amazing. Highly recommend this!

What kind of customer service is this?? We DID PAY. Our business is not operating yet, we do not make a single penny, so every little amount spent weighs a lot. But we were still fine with paying 60 bucks for this app. We accidentally delete it on August 4th BEFORE we get charged (on August 5th), hence want to reinstall the app. Then we're asked to pay again since we do not have an active subscription. Our receipt First CS guy, understands the issue after 3 explanatory emails. Claims he would forward it to his development team to provide a solution. Never heard back from him or development team. So after 8 days, I ask again and second CS guy, (apparently the first one went on vacation..?) never seems to understand the issue and just tells us this was standard behavior and if we had credit, we'd get that. I have a receipt and a not-functioning app to prove the opposite but apparently they don't care. VERY disappointing. There had been an issue before, where we were told - by the same support staff - as long as we're on a pause-and-build plan, we wouldn't get charged for a subscription. That turned out to be wrong. We did get charged, but were able to get a refund. And now, that we were actually willing to pay, we can't use it..?!?

Hello, When Apps are installed on Shopify, a billing charge must be accepted in order for you to gain access to the App. This is standard behaviour across all Apps. I use this app for the Delivery date picker and for Product Options (product add-ons / upsells) on product pages. I was after a customised solution that required some CSS and javascript changes. Having run into problems because I suck at coding, I received help from their support team. One of their support guys named Tim was very helpful with implementing a solution quickly. Thank you, and this app really is a great all-in-one gift app!
