I had a great experience using this app to create a mega menu and enhance the overall look of my website. It’s easy to use and delivers exactly what I needed. At one point, I faced an issue where the menu was not appearing, so I reached out to the support team. Helen assisted me and resolved the issue very quickly. Her support was prompt and helpful. Overall, I’m very satisfied with both the app and the customer support.

The Globo Menu is very nice and easy to configure, making setup quick and stress-free. The interface is user-friendly and works smoothly without complications. Customer support is also good, responsive, and helpful when needed. Helen from the support team is especially helpful and good in understanding the issue to resolve.

Absolutely amazing support from the team. Sarah has been nothing short of outstanding. We experienced an issue where another app caused our store to break, forcing us to place the site into maintenance mode. Despite it ultimately having nothing to do with this app, Sarah and the team went above and beyond to investigate the issue, help troubleshoot, and get our store back up and running as quickly as possible. Their willingness to assist, even when the problem sat outside their scope, speaks volumes about their level of support and professionalism.
