Very sweet, great and quick costumer support :-)

We had to make some changes to our web which we hadn't done for some time. We missed a step in using Globo and couldn't work out what we had done wrong. I went onto Globo's Chat and Helen saved us! She had us sorted in no time. Gave us very clear screen shots of what we needed to do from now on and had us up and running very quickly. Globo is very easy to use, on this occasion it was the user. Thank you Helen for your excellent service.

The set up is actually quite easy and straight forward, I was just having issues actually activating the mega menu to the store but the live chat was fast and helpful, thanks to Helen and Clara for getting it all up and running!
