Excellent App & Even Better Support! I’ve been using Globo Mega Menu for my store, and while the app itself is packed with powerful, easy-to-use features, what really impressed me was the incredible customer service. After responding to a feedback poll where I expressed some frustration about a minor issue, the Globo team personally reached out to me — without me even opening a support ticket! They were proactive, kind, and genuinely committed to helping. They not only resolved my issue quickly, but also made sure I was fully satisfied with the result. I can honestly say this is a great menu app for both desktop and mobile in one. Also multi-language and really outstanding support from Sarah and the rest of the dev-team. I checked out multiple menu-apps and even one of the most decorated, but this one had the same functions (mobile and desktop friendly) in 1. They worked on some small css issued to get it exactly like I wanted it. Can give everybody full positive feedback on this app and team.

Exactly what we needed and amazing support! Globo Mega Menu has helped organizing our store’s navigation. It’s super customizable, easy to use, and makes our site look so much more professional. But the real standout is their support team - absolutely top notch. We had a couple of layout issues when first setting it up, and they responded quickly and fixed everything right away. You can tell they really care about making sure the app works smoothly.
