Globos mega menu has been just what we needed and Sarah has done a marvelous job helping iron out the kinks!

The app is good for the price. However, it sorely lacks flexibility and customization between the mobile Mega menu and the PC version. It makes sense that you wouldn't want to display items the same way on a PC and a mobile device. And the only way to do that is to ask support to code it. Luckily, Sarah from support was there and very responsive! Otherwise, I would have given it a bad rating. Because having to use CSS just to change image sizes on mobile devices is not normal when you consider that 80% of users are on mobile devices. What's more, it's CSS that has to be done by their developers, because it's very specific. It's complicated to do it yourself.

This app is wonderful! It’s intuitive, easy to figure out, and creates beautiful menus. I did run into a small issue where my menu was showing up as transparent, but support jumped in right away. The response was incredibly fast, helpful, and friendly. Sarah assisted me, and she was absolutely FANTASTIC—professional, patient, and made sure everything was resolved quickly. I couldn’t be happier with both the app and the support team!

Mega Menu – absolutely delivers! The app is intuitive, flexible, and exactly what we needed for our Shopify store. The menu looks professional and makes navigation super clear for our customers. Special shout-out to the support team: fast, competent, and extremely helpful. Every question was answered right away, and even custom adjustments were made without hassle. You really feel taken care of here. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to take their store to the next level!
