The app’s interface is super intuitive and easy to use, even if you’re new to Shopify. The support team is outstanding—when I had an issue publishing a new menu, they resolved it within a few dozen minutes. Highly recommended!

This app has been so easy to navigate and build on since it's very user-friendly. We did run into one issue with a theme conflict but their support team was super easy to communicate and they handled the issue quickly. I will be using this app in the future when I need another mega menu added to one of my clients websites.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der App "Globo Mega Menu, Navigation". Das Mega Menü lässt sich leicht erstellen und erweitern, es ist sehr intuitiv verwendbar. Ich habe bisher keine Bugs gefunden. Einmal brauchte ich den Support, das Problem war nach 30 Minuten behoben.

We had a handful of special design requests that went beyond the purview of this app, but Sarah and the team were incredibly helpful in implementing those features on our website anyway. Good app; even better customer service.

This app is a good value for the amount of options there are, with really excellent customer service and the team offers solutions right away. However when setting up, I was under the impression that the tools I was using was part of the free tier, which felt misleading at first however app was still worth paying for compared to other prices on the market.

The support is just amazing! I had a technical issue, and the team responded right away, solved everything quickly, and was extremely friendly throughout. The app works perfectly and does exactly what it promises. With service like this, you really feel in good hands – highly recommended!

This app is an essential tool for complex menus! I doubt if there's a menu requirement that this app couldn't handle. Their support is very responsive, and Sarah was especially helpful.
