Sarah helped me out in a few minutes with a problem with the menu which was overwritten with some css code and didn't work anymore. We don't have a developper on our own team but the Globo team helped us out very quickly and perfectly!

Customer support team and dev team quite very helpful they always unblock us really quick. I connected with Sarah and she has good knowledge of Globo product she unblocked and guide for any changes we are looking for. Hoping same support in future too.

The app is amazing, easy to use and most important, the support is outstanding. They helped me to set up the first menu and they made a few adjustments based on some feedback pretty quick.

Die Einrichtung der App war für uns nicht ganz frei von Komplikationen und die App übernimmt auch noch nicht alle Design-Änderungen, aber damit können wir leben. Die Supporterreichbarkeit und der Support von Sarah, Andrew und dem Entwickler-Team im Hintergrund hingegen war einwandfrei und sehr freundlich! Einzige Kritik, wenn die Leute nach Hause gehen, weil bei Ihnen gerade Nacht ist, wäre das gut zu wissen :-)!
