Helen provided outstanding support for my mega menu issue. She was quick to respond, clearly explained the solution, and made sure everything worked perfectly on my test theme before I applied it to my live store. Her attention to detail and patience made the whole process stress-free. Thanks to her, my navigation now works exactly as I wanted! I am absolutely loving this app! It has allowed me to create such beautiful mega menus for my store. The best part is that it requires absolutely no coding skills, making it super easy and approachable for beginners. On top of that, their customer support is incredibly fast and friendly. Today, I ran into an issue that I just couldn't fix on my own. I reached out to the support team, and Helen stepped in and resolved the problem amazingly fast with so much kindness! we've been using globo for awhile now and have very rarely had issues so it's been great for the most part. We did have a small problem that was a shopify issue and Steven helped super quickly <3

GLOBO Mega Menu is a great app, and I have experienced excellent, speedy help implementing it in a new theme. I highly recommend!!

Excellent menu. Ran into a minor issue which wasn’t actually due to the app at all, it was to do with a Shopify bug, but Helen was able to help with the issue on their server side. 10/10 recommend this app

This menu app is very easy to use and accomplished making a more robust navigation menu for our website. When a minor issue arose, support was very quick to fix the problem, even being in different time zones. Would highly recommend this app.
