I had a great experience with Helen from Globo Mega Menu support. She was incredibly helpful and quickly identified the issue I was facing. Not only did she explain the problem clearly, but she also fixed it efficiently, saving me a lot of time and frustration. Her professionalism and responsiveness really stood out. I truly appreciate her support.

Steven was very helpful from the start with getting the menu to work in Kalles v5 (5.4.1) theme, which needed a bit of a tweak, but all was sorted by him . This was something that I spent ages on and could not get to work, but took less than 5 mins if that with his help Looking forward to the mobile menu working in the same way :D Many thanks

We are extremely pleased with this App! The functionality is great and the customer service is always very helpful and friendly. We recently were helped by Annie and she was able to get our questions answers immediately.

This app integration has been great. We had an issue and couldn't figure out how to display on mobile but Steven was extremely helpful and fixed the issue we were having right away.

Horrendous service. I contacted Sarah Nguyen about charges that were happening on our account, even though their had been incompatible with our store for many months. She said she'd take it up with the billing department and "get back to me ASAP". TWO MONTHS later she responds, and says they will refund me for the two months (the two months they charged me for while she took the time to respond to me ASAP). They won't refund any other charges, even though their app was charging me. I don't care for the money, but on a matter of principle, this tells you exactly what kind of people you are working with.
