Globo Mega Menu, Navigation

Decided to go with the newer (more complex) Galleria Shopify Theme. Had many coding issues with trying to install various other types of Mega Menus. Didn't seem like this one was going to work either ... was getting quite frustrated after spending so much $$$ on the theme Lol... Until I reached out to this app's support team who swiftly entered into my store and fixed the coding issues quickly for both mobile and desktop. The support team was actually online on live chat and assisted me with the issue immediately vs. e-mailing other Mega Menu app support teams and some would not even respond to my enquiry. Good thing there is the free trial period! :) It is truly an easy-to-use app for shop owners AND extremely user-friendly for customers who will find your navigation fun to use and full of impressive collection slides and enticing product pictures! I absolutely LOVE this app! I love it so much I don't even want to leave this review because I don't want my competitors to find out about it! Joking ofcourse... sort of! :) 5 STARS FOR THE APP & SUPPORT TEAM! ★★★★★ ヾ(＠^∇^＠)ノYAY!

Great app with easy setup and styling. Support team are amazing. Jumped on to a request we had for further customisation and fixed within a couple hours of contacting them. Great communication and very helpful staff. Highly recommend!!

Easily the best menu app on the shopify store. Support is amazing, super quick to reply and quick customization. Very flexible and easy to use too.

This app, and the excellent team behind, are fantastic ! easy to use, perfect fit, run smoothly ! I need some answers, and the Globo team is just amazing. I chat with Emma, perfect service, quick and very professionnal ! You need a professionnal menu, a little or a big ? Don't spend your time to search another app, Globo Mega Menu is THE app-menu you need. And the interresting thing ? The free version is absolutely complete and work like a charm ! Thanks Globo team !

Something wonky happened with my menu out of no where but the support team was very helpful and fixed the issue. My menu contains several categories and looks so much better because of this app.

Great app, i used it to display products in a carousel style for my collections,but it does a hell of alot more than that. I had a small issue with mobile view not being quite right and support was pretty much instantaneous and fixed with 30 minutes. Highly recomend this app and support staff behind it.

I needed a new menu with a better organization for different categories of products. My theme's default menu system is not suitable for classes different products groups nor is it capable of sub-level menu. The only option I felt I had left was to hire developer (enormous costs) or change theme (very time consuming). Choosing the cheaper but timely change of theme, I consulted Shopify support who recommended me this app. I can say from its promotional videos and image, it does exactly as offered and even the free option is better than my theme's default one. After setting everything up and testing it on a backup theme, I did come across some problems. However, what really made me give this 5 stars is the amazing support Helen gave me. She answered emails within minutes and got her team to fix everything for me in no time. I am very very pleased with the customer support and fully recommend this app.

* 24.11. UPDATE: Can not praise this team highly enough. Had another small issue and contacted live chat who fixed immediately. Love this menu and the flexibility it adds to our store.......... After 4 weeks testing a variety of Menus I finally found Globo. This is my first shopify setup and a Megamenu looked amazing but I thought it would be a daunting task. How wrong I was. Globo Menu was the easiest, most user friendly menu App I tried. I had no hesitation in upgrading to the more than reasonable monthly fee for added features. When I had a question and emailed support my issue was fixed within 2 hours. Can not recommend this menu enough and love how it looks on my store and can not wait to open.

Amazing app and great service by Emma. This app has so many features, I dont even think I will be able to use them all!!! The customization features are almost endless. One of the best apps on Shopify for sure!

Originally I gave them a 1 star review because downloading the app destroyed my entire store. I reached out and Globo, who has really good customer service. They restored my page to what it was originally. What I do not know is, was there a problem on either end that caused my sight to become scrambled?

I used this app to get a quick and easy Mega Menu set up. The setup itself is easy though we ran into some problems with the app conflicting with our theme made by the same developers. The app support is great, so our issue was fixed by them in a day or two. We've contacted support for a few little fixes since and they've always been very helpful and quick.

I just started using the app and I am very happy. It is easy to use and the customer support is impressive. They are quick at replying back and actually helping you. I definitely recommend.
