After publishing the Menu for the first time it worked fine. When we made some changes and tried to publish it again the Menu didnt change at all. It says you need to wait a couple minutes, but after 3 times of waiting at least 2 hours we are done with this application. Support did respond to our problem but didnt do anything about it. Only 2 stars because it is kinda easy to use.

Absolutely outstanding support! We had a problem with the mapping of the menu in the mobile area. However, this was our fault because the settings didn't fit and the communication to the theme had to be adapted in the CSS. Zack, boom, bang, contacted support and shortly afterwards everything was perfect. The app is highly recommended and makes it much easier to set up the menu structure. One of the best apps in the Shopify Store. Thank you very much for the pleasant cooperation.

This app seemed to offer a little more than the other mega menu options out there. I preferred the look of the mobile menu as well. Once downloading the app, I found it easy to use. After getting familiar with the app, i found myself needing some customization help and tbh I have had LOTS of questions. The team has been very helpful with their responses. I would prefer quicker responses but I understand they are in a different timezone so i just plan accordingly. I really appreciate their flexibility and willingness to help with all of my questions. Looking forward to publishing my new menu very soon! 10/21/2025 follow up: The team is still very responsive and always available to help when I need it. I recently updated my theme and there was a line break issue with one of my tabs on mobile. Sarah from the team was able to fix it the same day.
