10/10. There is literally nothing better. The ease of help of the app and customer service are beyond. Because of this i will be buying one of their paid products. I would give it 5/5 if their watermark wasnt present.

Great Customer Service!!! App is pretty easy to understand and build, the problem occurred when it was time to publish to my website. I explained to the Customer service rep and she had it all fixed the next day when i logged on. If you come across a snag, give them a chance to help before you give up. Very helpful and polite! UPDATE- EXTRA 5 STARS For continuing their amazing customer support weeks later with more questions and always fixing troubles that may come up.

I recently was looking for an app to create a mega menu on my website and found quite a few options. Most of the apps I tried didn't work out very well or had poor usability. Then I tried Globo Mega Menu and now I will not be switching to anything else. I easily set up the menu and then encountered an issue with styling. I reached out for support and within 3 business days the issue was resolved. Great App! Great customer service! Highly recommend for your site!

I have been using Globo Mega Menu for over a year now as I have begun migrating several stores from an older platform to Shopify. This is simply the best, most configurable and easiest to setup menu app available. The menus are sharp looking, easy to work with and very powerful. This kind of menu interface is the gold standard for E-commerce platforms. The customer support that comes along with this app has been second to none. They've really gone out of their way, even doing custom CSS modifications for me to get the look exactly the way I wanted it. They're fast, polite and they take customer service seriously.

I've used Globo for a couple of years with no problem. It was easy to set up and makes our website navigation much more user friendly and attractive. Recently, there was some type of problem with the menu that I didn't understand. I contacted Globo tech support and they jumped on it and solved the problem very quickly. This type of service and support is not only very necessary these days but much appreciated! Definitely five stars

Love what this app has allowed my site to do and look like. It is super easy to use, even for a novice! The support is also fantastic, i needed a minor aesthetic change made and they promptly fixed it for me. Highly recommend.

This app, and the excellent team behind, are fantastic ! easy to use, perfect fit, run smoothly ! I need some answers, and the Globo team is just amazing. I chat with Emma, perfect service, quick and very professionnal ! You need a professionnal menu, a little or a big ? Don't spend your time to search another app, Globo Mega Menu is THE app-menu you need. And the interresting thing ? The free version is absolutely complete and work like a charm ! I needed a new menu with a better organization for different categories of products. My theme's default menu system is not suitable for classes different products groups nor is it capable of sub-level menu. The only option I felt I had left was to hire developer (enormous costs) or change theme (very time consuming). Choosing the cheaper but timely change of theme, I consulted Shopify support who recommended me this app. I can say from its promotional videos and image, it does exactly as offered and even the free option is better than my theme's default one. After setting everything up and testing it on a backup theme, I did come across some problems. However, what really made me give this 5 stars is the amazing support Helen gave me. She answered emails within minutes and got her team to fix everything for me in no time. I am very very pleased with the customer support and fully recommend this app.

Amazing app and great service by Emma. This app has so many features, I dont even think I will be able to use them all!!! The customization features are almost endless. One of the best apps on Shopify for sure!
