Globo Mega Menu, Navigation

The initial set up to get the navigation working was a bit messy, however thanks to Helen's quick and efficient support I managed to get everything working as it should be very quickly. App ig good with great support from Helen.

I've been really happy with the MegaMenu app. It's allowed me to layout my homepage the way I wanted it to look with very little oversight once it was running. Anytime I've run into an issue (rare) they are always so quick to fix it. Most recently I was going back and forth with Clara, and it is always mind-blowing to me how fast solutions are deployed. This company is great and definitely deserves the five stars!

We recently launched this app on our live site with its basic functionality, so it's still too early for us to fully evaluate long-term performance and results. What we can evaluate so far is the support team. During setup, we reached out several times with questions, and the Globo team was consistently responsive, helpful, and thorough in addressing our concerns. Today, I worked with Steven regarding an issue that appeared on our live site but was not present in the preview environment. He quickly identified and resolved one issue and is actively investigating a separate loading concern with his team. He has committed to following up with us as they continue their review. Based on our experience so far, the support has been excellent. We'll plan to update this review after we've had more time to use the app and explore its additional features.

Really amazing menu. You can build simple or beautiful but complex menu structures. Also amazing support team always helping. Helen gave me really fast and professional support. All my problems was gone in few minutes. I highly recommend

Very sweet, great and quick costumer support :-)

We had to make some changes to our web which we hadn't done for some time. We missed a step in using Globo and couldn't work out what we had done wrong. I went onto Globo's Chat and Helen saved us! She had us sorted in no time. Gave us very clear screen shots of what we needed to do from now on and had us up and running very quickly. Globo is very easy to use, on this occasion it was the user. The set up is actually quite easy and straight forward, I was just having issues actually activating the mega menu to the store but the live chat was fast and helpful, thanks to Helen and Clara for getting it all up and running!
