I’ve had a really good experience using this app. The mega menu setup is smooth and flexible, and it makes organizing navigation much easier, especially when you have a large catalog. The drag-and-drop builder is straightforward, so you don’t need to rely on code to get a professional-looking menu. What stood out the most for me is the support. I usually connect with Helen, and she’s always quick to respond, patient, and actually understands the issue without back-and-forth confusion. That makes a big difference when you’re working on a live store. Overall, the app does exactly what it promises and helps improve both navigation and user experience. Definitely recommended if you want a clean and customizable menu without complications.

Great app to implement a complex menu structure. It was a little bit searching in the beginning but when you understand how it all works it's easy to create your menu. I got in contact with the customer support after some problems related to the Shopify update but these were quickly solved by Sarah Nguyen and provided me good follow up. Thanks!

I am absolutely loving this app! It has allowed me to create such beautiful mega menus for my store. The best part is that it requires absolutely no coding skills, making it super easy and approachable for beginners. On top of that, their customer support is incredibly fast and friendly. we've been using globo for awhile now and have very rarely had issues so it's been great for the most part. We did have a small problem that was a shopify issue and Steven helped super quickly <3

Excellent menu. Ran into a minor issue which wasn’t actually due to the app at all, it was to do with a Shopify bug, but Helen was able to help with the issue on their server side. 10/10 recommend this app
