I used to have bacon mega menu - god it was complicated to setup and maintain. Then I move to buddha mega menu which was good, but I wanted more features and better UI. Globo mega menu gives it all, reasonably easy menu setup where I dont have to tweak with the menu names and codes like the bacon mega menu but intuitive editing. Support is great on their chat window within the app, usually immediate response during their working hours. My only gripe is that setting up the spacing and images under a main menu item etc has a learning curve, and screwing up sizes means deleting the sub menu (or top level menu item) and creating again. No way to go and adjust a little and see the effect. But that is ok for something you dont edit frequently.

Great app for Mega Menus! I have tried a few Menu apps for our store and this app had more features than the other ones around the same price. The customer service is great and responded AND FIXED the issue right away. I love the image function on this app compared to the others Ive checked out. For a retail store it is a must. Ignore any negative comments about this menu! At first, this app can be a little bit confusing to get your head around but the developer customer service gets back to you so quickly and helps with any questions. I set the template of my menu up within an hour or so but then found that the "Mega Menu" option was not responsive. I contacted customer service and within a few hours, everything works properly on the menu and I was given an explanation as to why it was not working in the first place. I have made customisations to my menu and asked support for a lot of help and they have had a lot of time for my requests and always been very helpful. This is the best mega menu app for Shopify stores for the price by a mile, so don't hesitate to try it out.

Great! I installed the app and it didn't work... Obviously, with some many themes in the market is really hard to be compatible to all of them. But I wrote a quick email and in 10 hours, someone from their team fixed the menu and fixed the responsiveness... now i will start to develop our complicated menu but the app is great, the most functional in the Shopify store (and believe me, i have installed and uninstalled all of them) You can see it soon in the https://beyondtech.us website! Took all afternoon to set it up then had issues installing. Very tedious to work with. Photos didn't instinctively resize - just very frustrating to work with. Finally got it all set up and it would not override my existing menu. Then had to delete out old menu to get this one in only to find it was not at all a good fit to my theme. Took 6 hours for customer support to respond which was way too long for me to sit waiting on a poor menu installation. Evidently there is a 12 hour time difference from USA and this app owner. No thanks.

Great menu! After trying another menu that cost more, was not as user friendly with less options and was too slow to load on my page, I found this app. Support is great, although they are in Vietnam so it does take time to respond, but they always respond as soon as they can. Definitely a 5 star product. Looking forward to seeing more improvements for mobile.

Great menu app. Lots of options and completely customizable. Good for large inventories. The developer is very quick to reply if you have a question or issue and will address promptly. Would recommend to anyone looking for an advanced interactive menu.

Great apps to create the mega menu and it's pretty easy to use! if you have any question you can just contact the support staff is really friendly and hands on! Another great service from Globo staff! Really helpful throughout the whole conversation and really easy to talk to them even get help to create a custom menu! they work really fast!
