Globo Mega Menu, Navigation

Like has been mentioned, the app is currently not working at all. This seems to be the case for other menu apps out there, though, so I suspect that it is tied into a bigger problem (DoS on menu apps?) I would have given one star, because they haven't responded to my inquiries either, but they are probably frantically trying to get the bigger problem resolved. I will raise the stars to 5 when the issue is fixed. In the meantime, I have to update my Debut theme menu. And it is ugly. UPDATE: the menu is now working, but they still have not responded to my inquiry. The remaining star will go up as soon as I hear back.

Header suddenly stopped working and I am stucked now. I needed help, I messaged there support they are not replying

Very easy to use, was able to achieve the mega menu we were hoping for! Free plan is great, only downside is a small watermark.

Perfect Support (realy fast) and easy to use. Since a lot of content (videos, images, products etc.) can already be integrated, customers no longer have to go to a catalog page, they can view and obtain products or content directly there. This app is a very big help to make shopping easier for the customer.

I have the professional full plan. Ive been using this app for years. It has been great consistently up until yesterday, when all the menus...disappeared. Imported menus were also showing up blank. I contacted customer support, got a response about a few hours later, and after communication they were able to get everything fixed within 24 hours. My suggestion to anyone using this app is to create an export file every time you make you changes, which also helps tech support if or when they need to get things back on track for you. Thanks again Globo!

We have large menus and his app allowed me to organize them nicely. For our clothing store this was important, we have over 23,000 SKUs. When we had an issue they were responsive and helpful.
