We've been using this app for a while now and it works perfectly! Love love love the live support. Super helpful and get our questions resolved so quickly. A must have app for Shopify stores!!

App works great for our desired menu, initially had some issues with it working with our theme but support was very responsive and fixed quickly.

I have a great experience while using the customize menu from Globo Mega Menu and customer services from the team is also exceptional. One thing I noticed that there should be an import and export option available in .xlsx extension instead of .json files.

The Free Plan is working excellent so far. Has all kinds of menu options available with all the necessary customizations to suit your theme. If you're looking for basic larger menu with submenus to give your store a more sleek and clean look, this will do just the thing. Change the fonts, sizes, color themes to match your store and it will look and feel like it came by default. Good!

I had a small issue with the menu of the app appearing twice on tablets. After I emailed them it was fixed within a day! Great service!

I tried different apps to create my menu and this one has been the one that provided more flexibility for what I wanted to create. Hence after different trials, we have decided to go with this one. Furthermore, is very well priced compared with others. I recommend it 100%

6 Stars app!! I looked at all mega menu applications and download 2 and the support wasn't the best at all. Globo Mega menu was my last hope and I regretted that I didn't add the app from the beginning of my research. Very easy to use and It doesn't require that much of time to build an attractive menu. Beside that, the support team are experts - they investigate every single issue and fix everything in less than an hour. Highly recommended!

The app itself adds a tremendous amount of functionality to the website. It gets a little confusing trying to set up new functions as there are a lot of options, but the support team is responsive and quite helpful.

I tried other mega menu apps and Globo Mega Menu is the only one that has the versatility for me to be able to design menus to look and behave the way I want. The tech support has been very responsive for this and other Globo apps.

I had a terrible experience with this app, and the customer service is not very well either. When requesting help to install the app properly, they made changes that did not work at all, and published it so it was live! When I asked if they could revert the changes, they did not respond. Also, the menu did not include brand logo or cart, essential for any ecommerce store (how can you buy if there is no cart?)
