This was the perfect solution for me-especially just getting started with an Affiliate program for the first time. It was so simple to set up and tweek to my needs & the one time it wasn't, support went above and beyond to fix what I couldn't immediately. It has everything I needed and templates for the items you didn't know you needed [being this was a complete novice launching an affiliate program ya know!]. I love it!

Great app for affiliate marketing; easy to use, includes everything you need for operating this model and best of all customer support is fast and reliable, just a quick email and we have received great attention with everything that's been needed so far. Plus, affordable price.

We added the transaction record by mistake, but there was no place to delete it. We wanted to delete it, but support told us that just deleting the user was enough. But we deleted the user and added it back again. The transaction record still exists. Deleting the user is false, We just can't see it, but the customer information is still in their database.
Hi Transaction records are immutable. As per double accounting standards, financial records are supposed to be non changing. To undo a transaction record, you can add a negative transaction entry This is also to protect affiliates from merchant related frauds and to provide merchants with financial audit capabilities This is exactly what you want (from a finance standpoint - double audit + immutability) If you are running a “casual” affiliate program, then most likely the app is not for you.
