I work with Go Aff daily and often have requests around reporting, and how to use certain features. I always get a prompt response and resolution. I’ve had a pleasant experience and definitely recommend for user friendliness, customer service excellence and advanced features we can offer our affiliates!

Update on 8/31 2023 The customer support Melanie is very unhelpful and the way they talk to us seems they are the boss and can ask you to do anything! Their report is very inconvenient, they cannot allow you to do a custom report that contains all the data, which is completely understandable because nothing is perfect! But their attitude to this really upset me, Melanie said it is a good suggestion to improve their app, but it is not their responsibility to send this to their tech and asked me to write an email to them again about this! I mean????? No matter if you will take my suggestion to improve, but I already told you this, and you are not communicating or submitting this inside your teamwork? If that's the case, let me know, I will make my business somewhere else!

I just started using the GoAffPro app, and their customer support team has already blown me away! I've opened a few tickets, and they've all been resolved promptly, which is essential when setting it up. I love how simple and customizable the app is. I wish I had found this option sooner!

Very easy to use. The reports are clear and easy to analyze. The support team is very helpful. Everything is good so far. The sales tracking is accurate and on time.

Just installed goAffPro (2022-12-08)... I have been systematically installing and testing top rated Affiliate marketing apps for the last two months. GoAffPro just gets it. Easy install wizard... surprisingly had QR codes already as a part of their setup for affiliate links which was a big requirement by our owner... allowed for domain specific portal pages... just everything right out of the box... and it WORKS! So far, I cannot find any holes regarding my requirements and the way it works... probably going to stick with GoAffPro!

This totally works - no complaints and we're usually very very picky. Customer support also responded next day and solved our issue within the hour. If you want a simple to more advanced affiliate system set up, I would definitely recommend them!
