GOAFFPRO ‑ Affiliate Marketing

We recently launched our Shopify store and use GoAffPro – Affiliate Marketing to track registered affiliates and commissionable sales. Shortly after the website became active, we discovered an issue concerning how the sales information displayed to our affiliates. We thought it might require custom development work to solve, but the GoAffPro support team responded to our concern within a few hours and provided the solution within the application settings. We have only had a small amount of time working with this application but are happy with the results so far.

After using the app for longer, having 100's of affiliates we had issue's with some of the platforms functions and attribution. They claim its due to our google ads that sales are not attributed, which could be true but: A: We didn't make any changes in google ads for months and suddenly a ton of sales got 0 commission because of google ads B: They refused to even help / think with us and simply didn't respond| C: They refused to offer any sort of solution or help us think through how to solve it. Overall we lost a lot of good rep with our affiliates, GoAffPro left us hanging and was quite snarky / non-helpful. Would not recommend. We have the most expensive plan so dont expect much support.

What a great app with quick response when you are in need of support. I absolutely recommend it. I have been struggling with commission payments and calculations for my distributors but with this software, I found an easy solution to my problems and no more working 18 hours in a day calculating commission payments.

Great app, easy to use and great support - they are always quick to help. Definitely recommend if you are looking for an easy affiliate program.

I am very impressed with this app and its excellent value for money. The back end is impressive and the customer dashboard offers great features. I needed a lot of customer support as I wanted to try to use the refer a friend option as well as the full affiliate system and the support and help I was given was speedy and useful. Oh my word, we've generated thousands in revenue from this app. It's got a simple dashboard that's easy to use, and it's simple to setup paypal payouts so you can quickly pay your affiliates. You can set the commission rate by product, and it's really been a big driver in sales for our store!

I like the concept of the app, but the instructions are really not that clear. However, the customer service makes up for the lack of instructions on the setup.
