I downloaded the app yesterday and have contacted the support team twice to help me with set up. Both times I found them to be very responsive and helpful. I expected to hear from them days after I put in a request, but instead received responses within minutes. Excellent customer service!

Goaffpro has made it very easy for us to onboard affiliates on our platform. The tracking software that they provide is really professional. Plus their support is very prompt.

Just started using this app, and it has been great. I had a few issues, and the support was very responsive and helpful! Shopify unfortunately is still reporting orders that have been edited without the edit taken into account, so the commission for an affiliate was showing as double. Support helped make this amount correct very quickly for me. Thank you!
