Great app and very effective support, if needed. There are some limitations such as having one discount amount, and a hit or miss notification system sent to affiliates. Otherwise, this is a great start for any business looking to pursue an affiliate program!

The app has a lot of great features. The only problem I found was the page title not displaying correctly when I shared my links on social media. I changed the subdomain from ‘Affiliates’ to ‘Partners’ and the page title from ‘Affiliate Portal’ to ‘Partner Portal’. The page title was still showing as ‘Affiliate Portal’ instead of ‘Partner Portal’ when I shared my links on social media. I emailed support a few times but they still didn’t solve the problem.

It would be nice to have the ability to embed a signup form in our site instead of making our affiliates take an extra step in going to another site.

Very user friendly, I tried to use other apps before, some of them quite expensive but it took me forever to complete the set up. This one is very intuitive

I have just started using it so I cannot yet determine it's usefulness to me, but the installation was extremely easy and I am pleased thus far. Hopefully more to come!

Downloaded the app today. Till now everything seems to be 10/10. I just need to get to know the app more so I can use it better. Now its a little overwhelming but I think Customer Service will help me :)

App was simple to set up. I was able to have affiliates sign up right away. The set up on their end was simple too.

Painless and easy to set up. Working on outreach to influencers in the industry now. Seeing some random affiliates show up... Not sure if they are bots or spam accounts or what. Free tier seems to have more than enough to handle a legitimate affiliate program. Thank you Goaffpro team.

So far so good. This app is relatively easy to use and follow along with considering I'm a real newbie to being on the other side of affiliate marketing. I'm giving it 4 for now - will update as we head into the year.

was very easy and fast to set up. works wonderfully - in this store. I have another store however and the set up in there was not the same guided and easy process. I also have issues in the second store with the app performance in sending new affiliates the welcome email and it wont resend. My last complaint is that there is no chat, so only email communication and it isn't fast, nor have they addressed my email issue, instead telling me to do something that is already done. If I was reviewing on my first store, I would give it a 10 star rating, it's amazing.. But as I have two stores with the app, and the second is not working correctly, with not great tech support, I would give the second 3 stars at best. *** Updated*** You can actually chat here: https://facebook.com/goaffpro And they are responsive, and have addressed the issue. It's being escalated to a tech team as it's a funky issue! But for now, there is workarounds in place and it is doing what it should. I think the facebook chat option should be in the app itself so people know. it's frustrating when you cant chat and have to go to lengths to find that option.

Good app, only just set it up but looks to work ok so far, looking to add more affiliates soon as the sales grow.
