The set up guide made it super easy for someone new to creating an Affiliate program. I loved that the set up includes testing so ensure it was done correctly. I look forward to sharing with prospective affiliates.

Set up was incredibly fast and smooth. Amazing how great the customer experience was. Only complaint is that using the goaffpro domain for the affiliate portal (using my domain is only available in the paid offering) triggers a Chrome Safety Warning that is confusing and will send would-be affiliates away. Update: I requested help from Support and Anuj was timely, articulate and provided the solution. My experience with GoAffPro has been excellent. I'm a #customerforlife. Update Jan 2022 - I needed help with deleting some discount codes and Support was quick and explicit about what i needed to do. Another plus! Update Dec 2023 - Again, Support has helped me with some additions and refinements to the app on my site. GoAffPro - big thumbs up!

I am switching over my e-commerce shop to Shopify from Woocommerce and basically new to everything Shopify. I also needed an Affiliate plug-in that would work with my growing platform. I have to say Goaffpro was a great choice for my business. Everything is pretty easy to set up, I love there is a free plan to start so you do not have to put up any money until you are ready to and this will help me grow my brand in a way that works for me. The best part of this app is the SPEEDY CUSTOMER SERVICE. Everyone I spoke to was super on top of everything and really put me at ease knowing that if I have any issues or concerns their tech/customer support responds within a day and works to resolve any issues immediately. As I grow my platform I will be staying with Goaffpro because, in all honesty, top-notch customer services and efficiency are very important to me and will take the crown when deciding who to work with and it gives me great peace of mind so I can focus on the more important task. Setup has been a breeze! So intuitive and so many flexibility when it comes to customizing your program (i.e. you can offer codes just on first orders, but then still pay out affiliates for re-orders, etc.). Thanks for a great app!

Honestly, this is one of the best apps out there for Affiliate Programmes, with one of the nicest, most responsive development teams too. Anuj is particularly awesome and is always happy to answer questions and help setup, etc. Highly recommended.

I am a paid customer of Goaffpro, if you need more advanced and MLM features, this is the apps you should install. Before I tryout Goaffpro, I tested with other affiliate apps within these two years, some of the apps with great customer services, but the apps are with fewer options and features(Still good for a normal user). And some of the apps promise great features but not at all, and after a year I install again, still not see any improvement and don't mention the suck customer service, maybe they more well-known in the market but still, not worth the price and time at all. I recommended Goaffpro because you will found the balance here; the price, the features, and the customer services. This is the best affiliate app for you if you need a lot of customizing for the payment settings, commission setting, sales target, MLM, affiliate content, and more. Their development team will listen to what you need and modify some code for you, and they already update some cool features when I using and testing for this app just about 2 months, this is what you need most when subscribing to any apps because they will improve to getting better! For the customer service, don't go for email support, its handle by the app developer and maybe busy to reply to you, you can go for their messenger support in Goaffpro FB page, you will get the best and great customer support there!
