I use this app to gain ambassadors for my brand, it's easy to install and navigate i highly recommend this app for all brands seeking brand reps.

I think it is a very good system. Support is also fast. Multilingual support is also helpful.Since it is not English-speaking, there are many places to set.

OUTSTANDING customer service. I have tested several affiliate apps here on the marketplace over the last few weeks ShoutOut, Affiliatly and then several others that I reached out to ask specific questions, but never responded. Goaffpro responded with detailed instructions on how to set up what I wanted. When I wanted to included CrateJoy, they replied that they would build a custom integration for me. They have been very responsive to all my questions. I am looking forward to working with them. ‎

I like the app. Its simple and works nicely within shopify. Im not totally happy with the way it presents the marketing materials, but it works and its reliable.

Perfect! Does exactly what I need it to a super quick set up, and allows you to reach out to affiliates within minutes! Great affiliate log in platform too - takes them minutes to sign up!

This app is fantastic! We used to work with many affiliate apps in the past, but this one I like the most. It is offering so much also in the free version!

I only installed the app a few days ago, so I am providing a review on the setup and support. I will provide another review again once I and my affiliates start to use the app. BTW, I am on a simple plan for now. Setting up of the app is very simple, pretty straightforward, and where I wasn't sure with some setup, the support (Anuj) was very fast to respond, the advice was so easy to follow, straight to the point. I also setup a test affiliate, and the dashboard look easy to navigate, clean design. I would recommend this app.

***UPDATE*** 07/11/20 - Thank you for attempting to fix the issue. However, GoAffPro is now no longer communicating with Klaviyo at all - nothing. How do we resolve this? Quickly? We have emailed the address you provided with no response - our email was sent to you on 07/10/20 @ 3PM EST. To resolve please email [email protected] directly so we can move forward. We had such high hopes for this app but have become quite disappointed. Review after review speaks of how good customer service is and after repeated attempts to get help there has been NO response. The issue we are having is this - GoAFFPro is not playing nice with Klaviyo. Plainly speaking the integration does not work properly and bits of information are lost in the transfer. This is Particularly true with respect to telephone numbers. If we could get some assistance on this we would certainly consider updating this review but at the moment we are terribly dissatisfied.

This is the 6th Affiliate software that I have tried and I'm blown away by the incredible service as well as the capabilities of the software. Everything I have asked for the software can do or else they have written a script. Thank you Anuj and team.
