I spent a TON of time reviewing affiliate apps and finally chose this one. The features are robust and the price can't be beat. Customer service is lightning fast and great at resolving any issues. At one point I asked about a feature that I would like to see and about a week later they introduced it! If you're on the fence just give it a try, you'll thank yourself.

Was looking for a free affiliate app and this one is super easy to set up, and has the customization options I was looking for. Literally just installed it, now to get some affiliates!

The tutorial and set up was very easy to understand. It's the best affordable affiliate app in Shopify, from their free and paid plan. Their free plan gives you more than enough features to get started having affiliates and their paid plan is affordable enough to jump in once you get established.

Was looking for a beginner affiliate program that's affordable and came across this app. They more than delivered my expectations. And Anuj from support was lightening quick to have my affiliate program up and running. Must have app!

I had a question regarding the stats and Anuj from the support team got back to me with the answer in less than 5 mins. Great support so far! I use the app to collaborate with people in a similar business and the free one provides pretty much all I need for now.

****UPDATED 17 November 2025**** Service has improved in terms of chat response time and trouble shooting. Problems are not solved within the same chat for LIVE SUPPORT. Previously, this was not the case and our previous rating reflected that. Written resources that are referenced in the chat are also easy to follow. Thank you for the improvements. Please read below The Customer Service has declined ******** Keep this in mind when you buy an app, you are paying for the Customer Support as much as you are paying for the functionality of the app. Anuj is amazing. The response time and quality of responses is superb. I would recommend this to anyone simpLy because the service is excellent. The App itself does what is required for Affiliate Tracking. Recommendations: allow for more branding on the Affiliate Dashboard itself. Adding branded imagery in the background would be great idea as well as offering more branding on the Affiliate Welcome Email.
[REQUESTING FOLLOW UP PLEASE ON THE RATING PLEASE] Hi I apologize for the lack of communication on our part. COVID has severely impacted our support structure, so the responses were a bit slow. Rest assured, though the replies may be delayed, the work is done with full speed. With regards to your query regarding "pending" affiliates without "Disable commission for self referral", this issue should not occur anymore even if this option is unchecked. Though, the commission being given for affiliate's personal orders (irrespective of their approval state) was sort of cashback scheme, TICKING this option prevented this. However, on your account, we have set that if the affiliate is pending, the commission is not given regardless of if the option was checked or not. With regards to commission booster, I have personally checked the functionality myself, and it is working properly. The boosters are applied on affiliate's base commission. so if the base commission is 10%, a 100% booster, takes it 20% and additional 30% booster, takes to 23% final commission. (This is the commission rate that is being given to your affiliate who crossed >3k in sales.) Hope this helps.

We wanted a simple yet effective app to address our concerns on Affiliate marketing. Wrote to all the top recommended apps in this field, all of the reverts were unclear. Many said that features were not available. Then we found GoAffpro...which not only met all our requirements but was FREE too! We have used the App for 1 year and are highly satisfied....service back up is excellent to!!....Highly recommended for any one looking to build effective affiliate network

I have waited a couple of weeks before writing a review, just to find out more about the functionality of the App. To sum up, I think that this is an excellent App for all the right reasons: very easy to install and use, instant support, continuous improvements and user-friendly functions. We installed the free version and hopefully, in time, with the right amount of sales generated through this app, we will move to the paid version. We highly recommend it.

So so pleased with this app. Very affordable, also has a free plan. The customer service is just the best! Almost hand held round-the-clock guidance and simplified what seemed like a daunting task to me. I highly recommend Goaffpro

**Update: The problem was actually resolved by further observing the interaction journey from site, to affiliate link, and also by way of the app. The link was broken and needed to be recoded in order to execute properly. The Studsmen Brand appreciates the timely manner of the Goaffpro support team reaching out, although we weren't available. When time permitted for a response, it was well and an apology issued on our behalf. This app does what its intended purposes is for, and we absolutely appreciate the Goaffpro - Affiliate Marketing team. Again, thank you for your time. Their mission accomplished, and our issue resolve. That deserves a boosted rating right!? You deserve it! Right now, only a rate of one star can be given at the moment. This app is actually helpful, but now the store is getting an error message on both desktop and mobile. The error message is 403 Reload. It's not loading at all, and it keeps stating that there is an invalid certificate. Pretty sure this can be resolved, and business can resume.
