i have just downloaded this app and its pretty easy to setup with lots of features. if you a store and looking to affiliate or ambassador program.. this app is a must. give it a try!

I just finished setting up the app and it was easier than I thought. Support is great too. I am excited to see how this goes and happy with my experience so far. had no issues getting everything set up on the app, It was supper easy. Verrry Nice app to use for your store!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was easy to set up and now I'm able to use it to gain more customer to shop and It free until you upgrade.

I only installed the app a few days ago, so I am providing a review on the setup and support. I will provide another review again once I and my affiliates start to use the app. BTW, I am on a simple plan for now. Setting up of the app is very simple, pretty straightforward, and where I wasn't sure with some setup, the support (Anuj) was very fast to respond, the advice was so easy to follow, straight to the point. I also setup a test affiliate, and the dashboard look easy to navigate, clean design. I would recommend this app.

Set up my affiliate system this morning...asked someone to become an affiliate this afternoon and got my first referral sale this evening. Pretty easy to set up....I think its going to work well! Why only four stars? I'll update when I get a chance to run it through its paces...thanks Goaffpro!

Very happy with this app. Currently using both free and paid versions on different stores. Easy to use and great support from Anuj! Totally recommend.

***UPDATE*** 07/11/20 - Thank you for attempting to fix the issue. However, GoAffPro is now no longer communicating with Klaviyo at all - nothing. How do we resolve this? Quickly? We have emailed the address you provided with no response - our email was sent to you on 07/10/20 @ 3PM EST. To resolve please email [email protected] directly so we can move forward. We had such high hopes for this app but have become quite disappointed. Review after review speaks of how good customer service is and after repeated attempts to get help there has been NO response. The issue we are having is this - GoAFFPro is not playing nice with Klaviyo. Plainly speaking the integration does not work properly and bits of information are lost in the transfer. This is Particularly true with respect to telephone numbers. If we could get some assistance on this we would certainly consider updating this review but at the moment we are terribly dissatisfied.
Hi CTO of Goaffpro here, I am not sure, but I was unable to find any ticket number from your store ID. If you can send me the ticket ID at [email protected], I will be able to look at it thoroughly. I did take a look at the phone number sync issue on your account and it should be fixed now. Klaviyo permits email and phone_number as standard sync items and you should be able to see the phone number information in your klaviyo profiles. Rest of the profile information would be in the extra information tags. Hoping to hear from you at [email protected], so I can resolve this issue personally Thanks and Regards

This is the 6th Affiliate software that I have tried and I'm blown away by the incredible service as well as the capabilities of the software. Everything I have asked for the software can do or else they have written a script. Thank you Anuj and team.
