I initially had some issues with GoAffPro and was quite frustrated. However, the support team went above and beyond to assist me. They reached out via email, helped me understand how the app works, and even provided valuable suggestions on working with quality affiliates. Their responsiveness and dedication reassured me that they truly care about their customers and are committed to making the platform as user-friendly as possible. E-commerce can be complex—a lot is happening behind the scenes that many don’t realize. It was refreshing to work with a team that understands this and takes the time to support their users. Thanks to their help, everything was resolved smoothly, and I now have a much better experience with the app. As I return to working with them, I see this as a fresh start—an opportunity to apply what I’ve learned and navigate the platform more effectively. I’m hopeful that this new beginning will help me build a stronger affiliate program and grow my business with confidence. The improvements and insights I’ve gained through their support have been extremely helpful.
A bit harsh, don’t you think to rate us 1 star? The program is a private affiliate system. So the signups happen through your store’s branded affiliate portal. You can choose who joins your program, what information is collected when they sign up. You can add social media handles in the sign up page, so the affiliates fill in that information. The system can then give you information about their social following metrics, which you can use before approving the accounts If you have opted for marketplace listing, then your program is listed across various marketplaces across the web. This gives your program a huge reach. All accounts also require your approval before they can start sharing things. app does. So don’t approve the accounts which you don’t like Hope this helps clarifies things.

very cool app, its quite explanatory and if not or if you have problems running it, the support is also very good. I also like the different ways of possibilities with the app.

The customer support for GOAFFPRO is so good! I'm just trying to get set up and have been sending them question after question. They usually get back to me in minutes and provide screen shots and plenty of hand holding. I also find the solution to be pretty robust and easy to use. Definitely happy with them.

The customer service is extremely poor. We explain the problem in detail, yet it seems they’re unwilling to address the issue with their application’s coupon automation feature. Instead, they simply suggest applying a fix in Shopify, but the error persists within their app when creating automated coupons. This renders the automation feature pointless. They fail to provide a solution and refuse to take responsibility for the losses this issue causes to our store.
Hi The customer service responded appropriately to your questions. The coupon code in question [SARA-48-AF] was NOT created through the app You created it manually in Shopify. When you manually create it in shopify, you also need to manually update it there. If you want to automate things, then create it through the app. It is quite simple to understand and you can update the code in less time you took to lash out Also, you are on the free plan, not paying us anything, got live chat support, got right answer in 5 minutes from a real human and still chose to write this to ruin our team's morale. 👍

Great affiliate app. Does everything and does it well. Does a bunch of things I thought they wouldn't. They've thought it through very well. I'm constantly surprised by how many features it has. Their customer service is great and fast as well. I should add I've tried a few other affiliate apps and this one blows them out of the water

I've tried every affiliate app on the app store, literally. Some had pretty interfaces, with easy navigation, a pretty UI, but none of them had all the bells and whistles that GoAffPro has. In other words, when you compare feature-to-feature, Goaffpro is in a class by itself. From setting up the login and sign up pages, to the easy and intuitive interface, to all the settings you can set up as far as metrics and data is concerned, Goaffpro stands out above all the rest with glaring fanfare. The Goaffpro is the top affiliate app on th App Store. Period. As far as customer service is concern, the responses are always fast and swift. They're always online, and they always solve any issue I had within an hour. Thus, the customer service is phenomenal. Lastly, this review is from a hard critic. I highly recommend this app above all the rest. Thank me later.

Great app and very easy to use. I had an issue with connecting stores and the Customer Service response and action was incredible. In a matter of 2 days, what I needed was done for me. Thank you!

Been using this app for awhile. Staff has been very helpful and even developed some new features for me as well. Couldn't ask for a better affiliate marking app!

The app, the people, and the software are so incredible. If there's a problem, they help explain how to fix it (problems are usually your settings, not the app) they are a huge help, I use them for every store.

Ich kann die App nur empfehlen, ich arbeite jetzt schon ca. 1 Jahr damit und finde sie wirklich top. Der Support hat mir innerhalb kürzester Zeit geantwortet und ich war super zufrieden mit ihrer Hilfe. Würde ich jedem weiterempfehlen!

I found therapain plus to be the Only product of its kind- literally saved my life after a three level anterior and posterior caging of my spine!. Been in healthcare my whole life and never- EVER had the results that “therapain plus” delivers.

I’m genuinely impressed by how well this app works. Most apps I’ve tried only cover about 80% of what I need, and I often require help to set them up. GoAffPro, however, works flawlessly right out of the box. It’s been a game-changer for me, and I couldn’t be happier. An absolute no-brainer!

GOAFFPRO is AMAZING! I use the free version for now until my company grows, at which point I will switch to the paid version. I love that the free version offers so many customization options. It is extremely easy to set up, pay your affiliates, and add tools for branding. Customer service is out of this world! They are very kind, helpful and FAST! I first had GOAFFPRO on Squareup and recently switched to Shopify. Instead of making me create everything over again, they simply told me to let them know when I was ready and they would move it over. They had everything finished and done within 24 hours after letting them know. I am beyond happy and thankful for this team and app!

I really like the App, its fast, its simple and they have an amazing support - using this since early 2024 and had just one issue and that got resolved super fast! They also have a good onboarding and lots of videos to set up everyting correctly...5 stars from me! ps.: check out kissmecoffee.de :-)
