Great platform, has made working with affiliates easier and more manageable. We're able to see which affiliates are making the most referral sales and track how much we're making in total which is fantastic. Shoutout to the team for their quick responses and support too.

So glad we switched from our previous app to this one. So many functionalities athletes and affiliates love it.. simple and easy to use and the support team is amazing and reply very quickly.. also.. the price... way lower than most apps offering similar services!! Definitely recommend

This app is easy to use and provides all the support we need with affiliate program. We have been using the free app for several years, and are now considering upgrading to have more bells & whistles. Customer service is always fast and efficient.

Amazing, efficient and flawless app for affiliate marketing! We have been using this for almost 4 years now.. No major issues at all. Even if there is something you do not understand, or need some fixing, the support team is amazing! Just a quick email to them and expect a reply within 24 hours! Thank you team! I've been continually surprised, for months now, using the premium version of GoAffPro, with how accommodating their staff has been to quickly and thoroughly reply to my questions. I spent way too much time finding the 'perfect' affiliate management app earlier this year before launching, and now I'm glad I spent all that time comparing, because GoAffPro has literally every feature I need and wanted. They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and send screenshots and tutorial links in their emails. I have 1,000+ things to do for our business right now, but wanted to leave a review because honestly they deserve it. I hope this service and innovation keeps up!

I'm beyond frustrated with this affiliate program. Imagine my surprise when I found out that unapproved accounts could generate and share discount codes with the public! It’s completely absurd—how can they have access before I even approve them? But what made this even worse was the response from customer service. Instead of addressing the real issue, they just told me to turn off the automatic discount code feature. Seriously? That’s not a solution! They never even bothered to explain why these codes are active for unapproved accounts in the first place. It's like they didn’t care about actually solving the problem. This is a huge red flag for anyone who wants control over their affiliates. The lack of accountability and poor customer support are absolutely unacceptable. I regret trusting this program and strongly advise others to stay away! Reply on 9 Oct: Your response is missing the point entirely. You claim that pending accounts can’t see their dashboards and therefore can’t change or access their discount codes. But that’s simply not true. Pending accounts are able to change and share their codes, even though they haven’t been approved yet. I’ve seen this happen firsthand, so claiming they don’t have access isn’t addressing the real issue. The main problem here is that unapproved accounts can still use and modify codes. Telling me to turn off automatic code generation is just a workaround, not a fix. Why are these codes active for pending accounts at all? This flaw undermines the whole approval process. Stop deflecting the issue and provide a real solution. Brushing this off like it’s not a big deal is not the kind of support I expected.
Thank you for you kind words. To help other merchants reading this review, the automatic coupons simply generates the codes for the affiliates. The pending / blocked accounts do not have access to those codes. (as they don't even have access to their dashboards, so how can they even see their codes ??) If you don't like auto coupon generation, you can turn it off. Then you can assign the code when you are approving the account (which is again a one click process while approving) Anyways, we wish you good luck and hope your store succeeds. 8888 [ update ] There are literally so many ways to give discount to your affiliate's customers. 1. You can have a static code assigned at signup (Coupons page -> Automatic Coupons) 2. You can have a dynamic code which refreshes automatically as they refer (Coupons page -> Dynamic Discount codes) 3. You can have a general code which applies whenever the affiliate's link is used (Coupons page -> Set default discount code) 4. You can assign the codes before approval. The fact that you chose an option and then when this option works as advertised, you start complaining. If you don't like how this works, you can easily switch to any of the other available options. This is such an easily testable thing. Just register an account on your program as an affiliate. Then try logging in to the affiliate's area. Are you able to see / update your code ? Would love to hear what you find out. Please be kind enough to update your review after you do the above test.

I am just thrilled with my experience working with GoAffPro. The support team is super responsive and helpful. We had some additional requirements that they added in new features for, in less than 24 hours! Amazing! Thank you, GoAffPro team, for being so wonderful and accommodating.

I have been using this app for a while now and have to say it is really easy to use and my affiliates also seem to have no problem. Having just updated my website to a new Theme, I have to say that the customer service was outstanding, they helped me to transfer over with the only hiccups caused by me! Thank you

We are using this app since the last 1.5 months and it's awesome to work with. Pretty straightforward UX and UI with everything right there to view and operate. Support is very helpful and the integration with Paypal and banks for payouts is very streamlined. Our collaborators are very happy in using the platform and the custom signup page with our branding makes it very trustworthy for affliates to signup. The fees are very transparent and the setup is very easy. I recommend this app versus other apps that nickel and dime you for every little thing.

By far the worst customer service I've encountered in the Shopify ecosystem. They consistently fail to answer any questions, forcing you to figure everything out on your own. Their support is not just unhelpful but downright dismissive, with a shallow, careless attitude that makes it clear they don't value their customers at all.
Are you real ?? I checked our email support system and we have exactly 2 questions from you. One on 12th Sep and another on 30th September. Both the queries were answered promptly with helpful guides. Good app, pretty straightforward and any questions I had were quickly answered by their support email. It's more powerful than you probably even need, so don't hesitate to use it, just understand that you'll need to figure a few things out (if you're an average affiliate platform user) to get it right. I recommend it.
