I’m very happy with Tapita. Their technical support is amazing — fast, kind, patient, and truly helpful. As a store owner, I really appreciate having access to such great support, especially with more technical things that can be stressful. The app itself is relatively easy to get started with but the customer service feature is phenomenal. I got real help, very quickly, and resolved all of the problems I couldn't figure out myself. I am really happy with the customer service!!!
