Liam was fantastic -- a real person, not a robot! he walked me through what to do, how to do it, and was super quick, too. Above all, he made improvements on his own (as in, he knew what needed to be done and did it). Great app for optimizing SEO -- you dont realize all the little improvements that could be made!
