The customer service was great. I do think the AI credits usage can be a bit tricky, but I do appreciate that Open AI keys can be used. I love what this app does so far. It's definitely got a little learning curve, but the support team has been outstanding.

Okay, this app is amazing. I've been struggling for months to better understand the errors on my page with no simple information on how to fix. Then we am provided a fix, its always liquid file with all the warning flags to go along with it. Not only is this easy to understand, but the service and AI feature finally provides a fix and avoids me taking down my entire website.

I've just started using Tapita, and so far it's been great; seems easy to use, thorough and intuitive. One of the items it raised was difficult for me to fix myself - I reached out to their support team to ask for advice, and they have taken the time to do some coding work on my theme for no charge... great service! I'm looking forward to seeing what impact this all has, but am really pleased.

Support was very helpful and responsive. I have a major fix needed and they said it would take 48 hours for them to help resolve, but other than that they have been great.
