Excellent app and support! I have the free version yet the support staff spent a few hours today assisting me with issues that didn't even pertain to their app. If you are new and lack experience with this stuff this is definitely the team you want behind you!!!

i have only installed the app today, but got great service so far installing everything, much better than many other apps I've tried before. Looking forward to have all the SEO's fixed.

After trying out soooo many SEO apps I landed on Tapita. Omg what a game changer! All the crap and time waste with the others' when Tapita was the IT app along. Liam was fantastic. He offered his assistance to bette the SEO on my store, I didn't even have to ask. He kept checking in and he was extremely polite and EXTREMELY helpful. This app is IT! Don't waste your time with the others'. Save yourself the headache and hassle. I am sure glad I did.

I have only had it installed for one day, but immediately started receiving support- on the free plan trial! Thank you for your help, it is nice to be able to talk to someone and see results before deciding to invest money in an app.

While Tapita officially operates Mon–Fri, when urgent issues happen on weekends we do escalate to our tech team off-hours. In your case, our chat agent was actively trying to reach the technician immediately, and the issue was resolved on Saturday. This is a great app! After installing it, it became clear that our store had a high number of critical SEO issues, that Anna and the technical team helped solve over a couple of days. Very friendly and efficient help —and out store now ranks at 98 without any critical errors! Highly recommended!
