Wow - my scan identified many SEO issues and straight away a pop up chat came through and Krystal fixed critical errors immediately. Friendly, knowledgeable efficient service. Highly recommend!!!

The service with Tapita is phenomenal. I just signed up for the free plan, and ran the audit with some critical issues being flagged. The Tapita support team especially Liam have taken charge of resolving them and are working through rapidly. Highly recommend if you want quick action on improving SEO.

So far, I'm impressed. My initial scan showed several critical errors, which scared me. But Tapita will fix critical errors for FREE! I reached out via chat and was BLESSED to get Krystal. She was incredibly informative and helped me improve our SEO rating immediately. The other issues that need coding will be sent to their tech team for fixes. The level of customer service I received was wonderful. Krystal, you ROCK!!!! A++++++

Outstanding service and expertise. I didn't expect much when I added Tapita to my store after previous disappointments with SEO apps on an early version of my website. I was pleasantly surprised when within moments, Lani (an actual person, not AI) came to my assistance. Lani helped me get started with the app fixing some basic SEO issues either by walking me through the process or making changes her end and sending me screenshots of the process. She was informative and knowledgeable and never made me feel like an idiot for needing something explained. I'm looking forward to seeing how these changes improve my SEO. I've already recommended Tapita to a friend, which I don't think I've ever done with an app before. I couldn't have asked for a better experience or more helpful guide.
