We haven't yet committed into a plan and are using the free plan, however, the customer service from Krystal has been amazing - now seriously considering going into a plan. Would recommend!!

Tapida is truly exceptional. They were able to solve SEO problems in just a few steps. They also solved a problem I had with Google that I've had for years and never managed to change. The support is fantastic; they really know how to help you and respond very quickly. The resolution of problems is also very quick, and if they can't do it immediately, they fix it within a few hours.
