Really great, staff fast and prompt fix my favicon right away with the chat support in 5 min score high my seo from 76 to 82 just by adjusting my favicon. thanks he was really good . really recommend this app

We have had issues with our website for a while but didn't know what was wrong. I did an SEO audit using Tapita, which came up with quite a few errors. I have no clue how to sort out the issues that the Tapita app came across, so I contacted Support as it stated they'll fix the critical errors for free, and we had quite a lot! Liam was so helpful and patient with sorting out these errors, and he informed me that the Tapita Tech Experts will sort out the other issues within 24-48 hours. I am so, so grateful for what Liam and his team has done for us. Really appreciate it, thank you so much. I will leave another review once the website is running properly. Thanks again Liam.

Customer service is excellent. Liam scanned the store for potential issues and fixed them. You can ask all your questions via live chat. I just started using the program. I have a feeling the results will be good.

Very supportive tool - easy to use and get a lot of good insight from the tool. But the best feature of this tool is the personal support from the team - personally Liam - who helps with the right package to solve the problems for you. We have been able to improve the quality in a large area and it has been quick, easy and very motivating to work with such a team. A very good investment for our business.
