I have only positive things to say about the Tapita: SEO & Speed Optimizer app and the customer service. I originally installed the app about a year ago and saw amazing improvements to my page speed and performance scores within 20 minutes of clicking the install button. I then let the app do its thing and basically forgot about it as I got on with running the business. However, last week I updated my website's theme and the speed and performance scores saw a massive reduction. I played around with the settings in the app and couldn't get anywhere, so I contacted customer support and they said they would optimise everything and feedback to me within 24 hours. True to their word, I received an email the next day saying the improvements had been made. I checked for myself and everything is performing perfectly again... what wonderful customer service. I highly recommend this app and the customer service team. Many thanks Tapita.

Amazing app ,i just recently downloaded the app ,and my gosh the costumer services is on point,they helped me opmitmized my store performance even i did not have knowledge about it ,it is beginner friendly and i 100 recommend it,give it shot wont regret it

I've had my website for a little over 2 years and this is by far the best customer experience I've had for my business. I'm super grateful for the support and professionalism the technician provided me. He was helpful, explained things that didn't make sense to me and was just pleasant to work with. He took the scariness of updating my site away. I am very pleased with the service this app has provided.

Lani started solving the issues right away and was professional and fast. what they couldn't solve, they escalated to the right team efficiently. already seeing an improvement in site speed and looking forward to what else we can improve. The truth is that I didn't know much about SEO and when I created my website I didn't know where to start. Thanks to Tapita I was able to see the errors I had and how to improve them, and the ones I couldn't do, their technical service did it efficiently.

I am a week in from transitioning to Tapita as my needs were an all-in-one App service provider for SEO, Core Vitals, etc and they have exceeded expectations. At the beginning was a bit of a learning curve but without fail around the clock their tech team is solid excellence, for advice assisting with areas that require more tech savy skills and the follow-up to make sure everything was aligned to satisfaction as it relates to improvements. Highly recocommend. The Tapita team have been highly responsive and helpful with recommendations and actions to improve current site SEO and Speed status on store. Again, thanks for all the support.
