the app is not super intuitively designed, but the customer support is STELLAR. The app scan found so many issues on my store. Every item I was unsure how to fix I simply pinged the customer support. They responded immediately and then went above and beyond to resolve the issues immediately for me. This was so helpful because it saved me time but also because I didn't have to worry about making a mistake. Highly recommend

Tapita was very helpful and quick to respond to my questions. Remy went into my shopify store, and did a few small fixes that really made a difference in my scores! I inquired about which paid plan may work best for me, and they didn't try to sell me the most expensive plan, but rather looked at what I actually need help with and recommended the plan that would work best. I highly recommend them because of their staff.

Finally after months of trying different SEO apps I landed here. Straight forward, super helpful. Not over complicated, no over charging. Support is right there, every step of the way. Super impressed with my SEO score just after the first audit. Definitely keeping this app!!

I just signed up for this app and so far, the customer support has been extremely nice and helpful. As a small business owner, I don't very much free time to work on SEO type things on my website. Nor do I have the knowledge to do, and I don't have time to learn about it. This is where their support comes in.

Tapita is a fantastic app with an outstanding support team. They respond quickly, are always available, and go above and beyond—even assisting with issues outside our plan. I'm really glad I found this app and highly recommend it! I still need to see the results of the fixes, but I understand that SEO takes time to show improvements. However, as I already mentioned, I’m very happy with the issue resolution and the exceptional support team.
