Great app, Very accurate and detailed on explaining where the issues are and how to fix them. Easy to navigate through the audits. Customer service was beyond expectations. I felt as though i should have paid more for the service i was getting. They fixed my issues promptly and made suggestions and added those. all for the plan i was already paying for. I really cannot recommend them enough!

I have no idea what i am doing with seo when it comes to my website so i hit customer support and let me tell you the person who helped me probably is the best customer support i have ever spoken to with anything that needs customer support in the world! I will say experience was a 100/10 for sure!

I'm really enjoying this app so far! They offer great support and it has allowed me to tackle SEO problems myself, rather than hiring someone to do this for me on a monthly basis (like I used to do). Tapita's support team can assist with any queries.

I had a very positive experience with Tapita Support. Initially, I was facing several technical issues such as missing H1 tags, multiple H1 tags, multiple favicons, do-follow external links, and the absence of Google Tag Manager (GTM) on my store. The support team was very helpful in addressing these concerns. Max connected to my PC and spent considerable time diagnosing the problem, which turned out to be unrelated to SEO but rather an issue with an app on my system. He helped me uninstall the problematic app, resolving the issue. Later, I contacted Tapita Support again for further assistance. The representative patiently guided me through fixing the technical issues, including installing GTM. They explained each step clearly and waited while I checked my email for approval requests and set up a new GTM account. They even handled more complex issues that required coding skills. The support was thorough and dedicated, ensuring that all my concerns were addressed. Despite the issues being partially outside their service scope, they remained committed to helping me resolve everything. Thank you, Max and the Tapita Support team, for your exceptional service. I highly recommend Tapita for their dedicated and comprehensive support.
