Absolutely stunning support, I can't talk good enough about them and their services. The app does exactly what you've expected, and even more stuff the more you dig. Seriously one of the best apps in Shopify - period. I can only wholeheartly recommend it.

Bounced around with most of the apps available....none ever felt "right" or did what I wanted. So far, the customer support has blown my mind....these guys shoud be in the support biz not the tech biz...teach other companies how to deal with customers....tech side....so far so good....im pleased...will update in 2 months when we see results or not...

I was having issues with Favicon not being right and several other issues that I was not sure on how to fix. So i did the chat support and they have been amazing helping me get all the issues fixed and go above and beyond my expectations. I am absolutely happy i downloaded this app to get my website where it needs to be! If you wondering if you should down this app or not, i’m telling you it so worth it! The team is so easy to work with!

This app is amazing. Additionally Liam is over the top with advice and guidance, he get's 10 stars! The amount of work that he has done it beyond my imagination. The technical team has some work to perform over the next 24 to 48 hours. I would like to see the results once completed. It's companies like these that are impressive.

Tapita has been such a help to our small business! We looked at hiring other firms to guide us through SEO and website improvements, but Tapita has worked diligently with us to accomplish these things for a much smaller budget. As a small business, Tapita is a lifesaver!

We've tried to manage SEO ourselves and have paid various consultants, we even tried some other Shopify Apps. None of these really worked for us. SEO is constantly changing and any business taking eCommerce seriously, particularly if online paid ads are part of your marketing strategy, cannot afford to get this wrong. Tapita SEO & Speed does the job. The support is quick, knowledgable and professional. Recommended.

The one thing I really love about this app is their Support. They are working 24/7 and ready to help you with any issue at any time. Overall I am very satisfied with what this app is offering. I am new to SEO and Tapita's Support has not only helped me, but also taught me a lot of things. Btw, SEO and Speed have increased by 93% in few days. Highly recommended!

I have been using Tapita for a few months now and honestly, I wasn’t sure it was worth it. I initially got it because it did SEO fixes and compressed images. That’s just the tip of the iceberg of what the tool can do. Since I hadn’t completely set everything up (completely my fault!), I decided that I was going to dig into Tapita a little more to see if I could fix some of the SEO issues and find value with the tool. Well, I clicked on one button and was immediately sent to support - where I talked to Liam. This was a game changer for me and my confidence with the tool. Liam was so helpful! He helped me get issues fixed that I didn’t even know what they meant. He worked with me for a long time (maybe an hour or more) on helping me get the SEO items fixed. He was able to get all but 2 and those are ones I need to be the one to fix. He gave me screen shots and emails that showed me exactly what he did. And now my score is a 97 for SEO! I continue to find value with Tapita every day and find it being one of my go-to tools for daily activities to track progress, keywords, performance etc. I recommend this tool and also recommend asking them for help!

A really great app and excellent service. The only loss was that I didn't discover the app much earlier. Liam was very helpful and accommodating and gave me great help. Simply world class, what service. I can only recommend the app to everyone
