Thanks for your help! Liam immediately connected with me in a chat after installing the Tapita app. She immediately helped me improve my site's SEO from 79 to 94. There is still a lot to do, but the app seems clear even to a layman like me.

I chatted with Liam from Tapita's helpdesk about my SEO/Speed performance issues, and he was super helpful in resolving the issues quickly. He also went out of his way to suggest a few other things to improve my site's speed. Awesome customer service.

This is such a helpful app. I am new to all this and so I reached out to their support team and worked with Lani who was excellent! I have never received such great customer service. I asked one question and received more assistance than what I was expecting. I will certainly add this app to all my stores moving forward.

Acabo de instalar por ser o app melhor avaliado na Shopify, portanto as expectativas estavam altas. Mesmo assim, fui surpreendida com a disponibilidade e agilidade do suporte. Ok. Tapita is amazing. I didn't understand that with the Advanced Plan, you not only get all the functions of the app, like SEO and Speed Audits and efficiency upgrades, but they do it for you! I reached out to their support, got Remy and he plowed through the issues in about 20 minutes. I only became aware of Tapita after participating in an e-commerce webinar yesterday, and I am delighted with the results.

Easy to use app and their customer service is amazing! They take care of all the tech issues in no time and they make sure you approve of everything before they go ahead and do it. The app gives a great overview of what SEO fixes need to be done and I think the monthly price is fair. You can bulk update or do it manually. The speed update is great as well, although my site was already fast. It's nice to now have something running in the background that keeps an eye on it.
