This is such a helpful app. I am new to all this and so I reached out to their support team and worked with Lani who was excellent! I have never received such great customer service. I asked one question and received more assistance than what I was expecting. I will certainly add this app to all my stores moving forward.

Ok. Tapita is amazing. I didn't understand that with the Advanced Plan, you not only get all the functions of the app, like SEO and Speed Audits and efficiency upgrades, but they do it for you! I reached out to their support, got Remy and he plowed through the issues in about 20 minutes. I only became aware of Tapita after participating in an e-commerce webinar yesterday, and I am delighted with the results.

Easy to use app and their customer service is amazing! They take care of all the tech issues in no time and they make sure you approve of everything before they go ahead and do it. The app gives a great overview of what SEO fixes need to be done and I think the monthly price is fair. You can bulk update or do it manually. The speed update is great as well, although my site was already fast. It's nice to now have something running in the background that keeps an eye on it.
