I am a week in from transitioning to Tapita as my needs were an all-in-one App service provider for SEO, Core Vitals, etc and they have exceeded expectations. At the beginning was a bit of a learning curve but without fail around the clock their tech team is solid excellence, for advice assisting with areas that require more tech savy skills and the follow-up to make sure everything was aligned to satisfaction as it relates to improvements. Highly recocommend. The Tapita team have been highly responsive and helpful with recommendations and actions to improve current site SEO and Speed status on store. Again, thanks for all the support.

Using a product bulk edit tool to fix SEO is much better and consistent. and doesn't revert when you uninstall. i tried the speed option also compared to other SEO tool its terrible.so back to the other one. better stick in general with bulk editing tools rather than SEO tools. overall overrated app. Update to Feedback: A Nagative review would have been left regardless of a refund or not, it’s about giving a view and experience, so others will benefit. i got other seo apps because i like to compare before committing, the errors you are mentioning, those apps offered better details actually about them than yours and how to fix it (there is automate features as well) but i intentionally left them for my own reason. As mentioned before to you. Some apps offer FREE version where you really can test the real functionality before committing. Yours DOESN’T and therefore you are forced kinda to subscribe to see how it performs and simply wasn't good and it would take a another full paragraph to write them all.

Regarding speed: Our speed approach focus on Real user experience, rather than Just outdated Lab simulated speed, we care more about for Core Web Vitals and real user experience, which are critical factors for search ranking, bounce rates, and conversion rates. You haven't yet engaged with our team on the specifics of Core Web Vitals, so we're unsure why you said our speed is terrible. For other merchants reading this review, we have a clear refund policy in place. We always support refunds when there is an issue on our part or if the customer works with us to address any concerns in a fair manner.
