Fantastic Customer Service. Using their chat platform and they go through step-by-step to help optimize your SEO and site. I wouldn't have been able to navigate doing all of this on my own for our site. Very happy we went with Tapita. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to use their service.

We struggled with site speed and Tapita has made a huge difference, without any need to contact support or make any changes to our site. I've now contacted support to inquire about backlinks and the information I've received was very helpful, and courteous customer service.

After years of no traffic with another host, moving to Shopify has already proven to be beneficial to our small business. SEO to the senior crowd usually just creates frustration. This app has really surprised me. In addition to having many free features that allow you to improve the website in detail, it is very easy to use. On the other hand, for free it has a chat help system that asks you for access as a collaborator and solves the problems and those who can not give you tips on how to fix them, it is much better than watching hundreds of youtube videos trying to find a solution to a problem.
