Attivando lo speed booster e le varie ottimizzazioni, aumenterà il caricamento della pagina e il punteggio delle prestazioni! Il supporto via chat ti aiuta con gli errori critici della SEO e li corregge in pochissimo tempo. Grazie a Ramy del supporto per essere stato disponibile a togliere i dubbi a qualsiasi domanda! I installed Tapita in my store, and their free plan showed me multiple fixes. The support helped me resolve the critical fixes and built my confidence in signing up for the app. Kudos to the team working on a Saturday to help their customers! Looking forward to improved ranking on Google soon.

I had some problems with the meta description title of my page and Max, the customer service agent, was very efficient in helping me solve the problem, he is really very efficient and excellent in his work! He didn't throw the problem to others like other apps customer service and let me go to other apps customer service to deal with the problem, he would take the initiative to help me solve the problem. Thanks again Max!

This experience was amazing. I am not a tech person and this chat service was great. My store was horrible and now I have 95 on my desktop. Still have more work to complete, but I am confident I can complete the task today.

Not being a technical expert, the customer service was able to respond to me very quickly by providing me with great technical assistance as well as an improvement in my speed & SEO score, an intuitive interface and rapid improvements.

Awesome app. It is straightforward to use and the "one-click" optimizer is awesome. I installed it and saw they can even offer to help improve SEO for free. They improved my SEO score to 90 in a couple of minutes.

Tapita was referred to me by a friend of mine and it is truly worth every dollar I have spent. The interface/dashboards provided are easy to understand and clearly highlight the particular issues that need to be fixed. I have enjoyed fixing issues, re-scanning and watching the SEO score improve. The customer service provided via the chat function has been exemplary. Each person I have spoken to has been able to provide me with step by step trouble shooting where I have not been able to work out how to fix something, and when a fix needs code knowledge beyond my control, they have logged in to help with this. They have also been able to provide industry expertise into other ways my SEO can be improved and have provided these services also. This is a brilliant spend for anyone else like me, who doesn't have a clue about SEO or how to fix. Could not have been friendlier or easier to deal with.

I downloaded this app a couple months ago and the customer support is great and the app is easy to use. It helped increase my website performance to 80 when it was 14 in just 10 minutes. they also helped me with SEO errors, highly recommended!

Awesome customer service by Tapita especially Lani & Krystal from the company, is the best one. There are lots in the paid version than free version. I'm looking forward to keep using this app for my ecommerce brand.

We've had an almost seamless experience. Only issue we had was user error. We didn't realize that when you use their auto Alt-Tag tool it will go through and remove any alt tags you had already added. But, their support has always been very helpful and responsive.
